@znickelbackz can you let me know if you are coming in from Turkey (pm me if you want)? We've had some reports of issues specifically from there and are investigating this to try and see what the problem is
if i'm from Turkey i may have used the Turkish link at the first place. no, i'm not from Turkey. you have to investigate about your issuses with Turkey from someone else, sorry.

Survey Completed
Thank you for completing this survey!
It was really fine survey and I enjoyed doing it. I have one question tho - It is possible to fill the survey multiple times to increase chances of winning that raffle?

Hi all,
Thanks for everyone's participation so far, we're now up to 158 responses across all languages so far, and a new response is coming in every few minutes which is great to see.
We also investigated some of the connection issues with our web host, so hopefully anyone who was running into connection problems shouldn't have them. If you do, please let us know what page / survey you're having the problem with.
Thanks!
Jamie

Hi all, So it's Sunday, with the survey only running for about 5 days, and we're nearly at 200 responses already! I'm keeping a running total in the OP. Also, there's been a load of new countries in, so our map of the world is filling in nicely! ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi68.tinypic.com%2F2qntvo7.png&t=663&c=jxRTD3pUrGd35Q) So thanks to everyone who's participated so far. @Amph - Sure, we can factor this into next years survey, it's a good point.

How can we certain that any of the participants will get paid their reward of bitcoin? So as I understand it not everybody who takes part in it will get paid anything. ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif)

@iram66680 that's a very good question ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Ok, so on this, last year as we went we published proof of payments on the forums here, and these are at http://bitcoinsinireland.com/bitcoinsurvey-report-2015/ via https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/1LUD7xavJo1um3toduKCpKu1tcKM4RmgPD/transactions . In the last transaction, one of those drawn had put in a bitcoin address missing a digit, so we emailed them, and re-arranged this. This year, we'll be recording the draw and posting it to youtube for the winners, and then posting the results. I just bought some bitcoin so I've the 0.251 (extra for fees) which I'm going to transfer later today to a dedicated address, and will sign a message from it to prove it's there. It's a bank holiday weekend in Ireland for the 1st of May, so once we get back after this, we'll send it out. But there's about 220 responses now, so with 0.05 x 5, that's a 1 in 44 chance of being drawn, less when we deduct those who tried to game the system by putting in duplicate ones ;p And we wouldn't be getting this on two of the biggest Irish tech sites at https://www.siliconrepublic.com/life/2016/04/20/bitcoin-survey-cryptocurrency-blockchain-ireland-prizes and http:irishtechnews.net/ITN3/international-bitcoinsurvey-2016-in-11-languages-with-1-25-bitcoin-in-rewards/ if we were taking the piss ;p

Thanks

Survey has been going really well this week - we're already at more responses then we had for all of last year! We're also getting more responses from more countries! http://i66.tinypic.com/qppeue.pngA big thank you to everyone who's completed the survey and spread the word! We should be able to provide even more information about how everyone's using bitcoin when the survey finishes ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) - Nic

@n691309 the survey has 35 questions, but not every question is mandatory. What language are you thinking that isnt in? We have localisation files to make it easier wen we were doing the translations
I think you need to add India language and Indonesian. there are a lot of Indian and Indonesian here. they may be the participants of this. anyway don't use machine to translate. many people complain about that. good luck for your survey

Hi all, Just recovering from a wedding, but there's 314 responses to #bitcoinsurvey2016 so far which is great. We're going to cut the results, remove out the duplicates, and then we'll have list, from which we'll record the process of selecting the winners, and we'll post proof of the transaction when we do this. Anyone who doesn't get drawn will continue to be eligible for later amounts, as well as the top amount in July. Trezor works a bit different than Armory, so the funds for this are now at https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/1FRCyKmDNRgAW6qLZsJmp56oeXVRoCtXrA

We're continuing to have people fill in the different surveys, and we've passed 400 responses! We've also added Chinese and Albanian to the languages.

There's still 2 more draws for a further 0.25 each, plus the 0.5 reward once the survey is done. Take part today!
While your site still doesn't load (at least for me), I guess that I will still not "take part today".

@NeuroticFish which language survey were you running into the problem with? We've had that report from a couple of people, it seems that certain configs of ubuntu, or VPN's are triggering our web host's firewall

At first when I visited the link provided by OP, I wasn't able to understand how to do the survey until I started reading from the top (I usually don't read from the top, rather from the middle, down, then the top). That was a 'normal' length survey. Not too short, yet not too long and the questions were easy to understand. I hope the success for this survey!
