Why not implement both why does it have to be one or the other?

You can not compare the two designs because there are two different ways the design is being done. Mr. Onion is doing top-down design using modern coding, documentation and testing. Mr. Onion is requiring complete and detailed IIPs to implement new concepts and pet projects into the IONomy ecosystem. Many eyes will view and comment on the System Design being implement by a competent design team made up of professionals.

Mr. Korvas, You are very familiar with Mr. Matlack's way of adding functionality to the ION Blockchain and the V3 platform. You have been in the ionomy Slack chat rooms and listened to his "smoke and mirrors" presentation of his ionomy vision that everyone had to keep secret in the room. The WIN project is using sound development using Life-cycle techniques for longevity. I will let Mr. Matlack present his own design (IIP-12) on the 17th of May. The novelty of this design will wear off in a few months and the ION Blockchain will carry the scar forever..

@Korvas128 What I don't understand is why the price of ION does not increase when Bitcoin and other coins has been on the rise. The market believes there is no value in the coin. ION's value is barely breaking the 19 cents mark for quite awhile now

The ionomy products of the last two years have been riddled with defects and causing the code to be re-written.
