2017 Year of the Bitcoin

Maybe 2017 is the year of the bitcoin. Because in 2016, now the price of bitcoin is really increase so high since 1 year ago, 2016 will be the beginning of the bitcoin and 2017 will be the year of bitcoin.
on 2015 I've seen posting like this, and now this posting about btc in 2017. i hope this is a good news about btc.

That time you are talking will not come because miners are making great money so why would they stop? I guess you are referring only to individual miners that are not making money due to halving, but with mining business they have the faster mining rig so they will profit still.

Yeah that is right. Working alone is not a good way. No body can be superhuman. There is so many bitcoin devotee out there. There are just only one or two individual minner that are not making money then blame bitcoin. That is so childish.

When you said that the years of bitcoin only from the price of bitcoin on some part 2016 it is not enough, in this years bitcoin's fluctuations is very unstable, it ever reach 800 Dollars each even before that less than 400 Dollars each bitcoin.

people relate things too much to how the price has been in this or that year. i think only a few percent of the people actually find that technical updates such as segwit make bitcoin go really forward. and thus in that aspect, it should make it a mile stone instead of the year of bitcoin. i don't like that term.

Of course we would need no exchange hack in 2017.
But no halving is coming as well. I can imagine that these two factors might have compensated each other in 2016.
I think we made about 50% profit with bitcoin. If that would be again the case in 2017, I would say it's more than fine.

hopefully, it's been a pretty good 2016 and it's not even done yet. haven't been a year since i started but i can say it in a way changed how i look at earning so i'm looking forward as well to 2017, can't go anywhere but up from here mates

i am thinking the same, because in 2016 in november and december, the price is suddenly gets down to deep and bitcoin price is stay until the earlier of 2016, but in the middle of 2016, the price is up again and until now, the price is going to be up and i hope the price will be in $700 or more.

When the SegWit is released or the bitcoin block size is incrased to 2MB or even 4 MB, the price will be higher.
