Hey @torpedo, yes ICO holders and everyone else who bought Rise and are still holding it will be receiving Chipz tokens in proportion to the Rise they are holding at the time of the snapshot for the airdrop.

users who have kept their coins since ico should be rewarded with some bonus in the new distribution.

It does not seem fair to me who bought at a much lower value to receive equal dividends.

That's correct, @electronicash.  You will need to send your Rise to Bittrex for the swap in order to receive Rise on the new mainnet. Only Rise on the new mainnet will be eligible for the airdrop.

The OP says it is traded at Yobit exchange so I bought a few RISE coins there and now I'd like to withdraw them. They are stuck with 0 confirmations. Not showing up on the blockchain either. Do they need a wallet update or what?

Glad I didn't buy more what a mess.
