Yup someone is intentionally making sure it never gets over 1900. Like I'll see 1917.. 1932.. then right around 1950 shit just sits there and that's when some 189... bullshit shows up and back down they go.

Thats the Bittrex owners. They are using the USERS FUNDS to manipulate the market like they do with all the coins not listed in bigger exchanges. The Rise team is part of this scam, they are parters of Bittrex, like waves did before.

Ohh wow I wasn't even paying intention to that. This has been one of the reasons why ICOs kinda stopped for awhile because it was always a team of people that owned 90% and then put out the price for the rest. People here used to want to see the code, the work , find out if it could be mined and if it was "premined" most would just say 'nope not making your rich at my expense" and would push on.

So this is probably why any time the price gets around 1950/1960 someone comes in with the ridiculous ranges of 1896 and drives the price back down.

I dumped 800k a few hours ago.  Took the price from .000017 down to .000014, but it rebounded very quickly.  I can't seem to crash the price as well as I could with Waves.  Rise has significantly better bid support.  I'm kind of sad because I wanted to cause a panic and buy lower, but now I can't.  I think we will see over .000025 this week, I'm going to buy back around a million.  

I dont always trade, but when I do, I tell everyone what I am about to do.
