It's about time. I dont know any coin that took so long to release a blockexplorer. I bet the devs were doing shady shit hiding their coins or something and with no blockexplorer its easier for them to do.

The explorer exist since the start though. I can see it inside the Rise account when i login to it the very first day.

Dumpers like to sell below ICO price because of several reasons:

• They're DUMB
• They want to hop on the next ICO
• They don't mind losing their school lunch money
• They didn't work hard for that money in the first place

not every ico but  you can see from start the  goodmorning ! When people start to join the Thread and say i will invest that is good sign! when   it is clear who is develonping the coin that is good point too!  good whales btc holders sniff the business from the start.... off course if you join an ico and you dont have any garantie it is hard for anyone to give any btc can immagine big whales!   no one is like to loose btc specially the big whales!

Not every ico is succesfull you will know what I mean with EQX two years ago..... 1th reason big whales are attract from Huge bonus ICO they can sell all the coin at the start to get back all the investmant and make profit too and off course keep all the other coin in case coin is goin to the moon, so make other profit!
