They are listed on OpenLedger but that's not really saying much. They are doing a AMA and just responded about what they are up to. So the project is not dead, they said they are still working on exchanges to the Bittrex relising is not complete dead.

We will update people in due course on how to submit their questions, likely a subreddit. To update the community on our focus this week we are finalising the content for the new website which will be released beginning of April if all is on track. As part of the new website, we have prepared more bounties for developers and with this will be a marketing push behind this. We are also gearing up for our mainnet release (from the rewrite of typescript codebase) and further communication on this will come soon. Of course our other main focus is exchanges and as stated previously, these are conversations that are ongoing and the community will be the first to know as soon as there has been a development.

I still have one major complaint though about RISE team. I'm not sure why I am posting this kind of information when they have a full time marketting person to do so? IF RISE actually had some FUCKING vested interested in their project and welfare, you would THINK they would be VERY communication oriented at this point. So again whatever RISE is saying to me at this point is SUSPECT.
