Escrowing paypal is pointless unless you plan in escrowing it for 180 days. FYI, paypal can be reversed within 180 days period.

If you are really serious about doing any kind of a deal then don't use PayPal as one your desired payment option. No escrow is gonna help you with PayPal chargeback feature.
Ask your trading partner about OTHERS method of payment you two can use. Some good methods you can use for trading BTC are:

1. Western union
2. Moneygram.
3. Webmoney
4. Perfect money

AFAIK there are all irreversible transfer methods.

bitcointalk escrows are mostly here for Bitcoin trades..  paypal is a reversible system & take insane fees too . you cant find this kind of escrow service here. ( or maybe a scamer or a crazy one ... )
