Lanacoin is going NOWHERE its DEAD. DEV didn't listen to us in the beginning. 1 and 2 sats will be all its worth. The supply is now too big. Dev should create another version and do a coin swap with lesser supply. Otherwise lana is stuck at 1 or 2 sats.

Didnt we have an understading that you will restrain yourself from this topic @Lucky7btc. Or are you holding on to a lot of LANAs and are just simply being pissed off that its stuck at 1-2 sat. I already told you the ledger is a personalized gif and it will be PoW mined untill my daughter is of legal age and she can take of the company i plan to incorporate very soon that will serve as a legal entity for the road map ahead. If you cant understand that, than you have other issues to deal with beside my so called "stuborness of not listening to an oppinion of a handfull of people". Here is Mr.Antonopoulos lates video. Hi cryptonians there is not update yet on anything new with LanaCoin except the stable network and that the HW/Netowork prepwork for the electrum server has been completed. Also i have officially stopped proof of work mining LanaCoin as my old 1Ths sha256 asic died so its 100% up to the community miners to keep the PoW running. Here is an update from my daughter Lana (since i have a feeling that some still belive that part is madeup). She got her first straight A (in slovenia its grade 5) at the computer science class and today the class had a first contact with the word "computer programing". Professor instruced the kids to Scratch. https://scratch.mit.edu/. To summarize the learning curve had started. At some point i hope i will get the chance for a surprise guest visit the the computer class to say a few words to the youngsters about the future of finance and decentralized blockchain technologies and of course to giveaway some LANAs to the youngsters. You all have a great weekend and hopefully with some luch electrum server will be up and running soon so i can focus time and resources to mobile wallets. |

Yes @Lucky7Btc you are right LanaCoin is dead. But i am kinda honoured to the fact you spent so much time with your posts to the thread. It is getting quite clear that you really have no idea what a dead decentralized p2p cryptocurrency network actually looks like. The suggestion to completly go out of the path of the initial idea/concept. No thanks. With 7.5 B aliens on this Earth the voice of 2 or 3 means nothing. I took it into consideration and made a decision that the project means more to me than the idea of pleasing 2 or 3 souls. Get over it simple as that. |

Meanwhile for those that love paper wallets (my favorite storage for anycoin) LanaCoin paper wallet generator is here https://github.com/LanaCoin/WalletGenerator.netTips on creating: 1. Download zip to a usb drive 2. Unzip it on an offline computer (preffered live linux on usb or a computer that is not connected to the internet) 3. Run index.html located in the root of the folder you unzipped the generator to. 4. Generate and print all the paper wallets for all the coins your desire 5. Use the most dumbass usb laser printer you can find (cloud conncected network lan/wifi printers are not reccomended) 6. After printing destroy the usb key and if you used up all the toner and dont need the printer anymore i would destroy the printer controller chip as well (maybe too much paranoid ) 7. Store the paper wallets in a safe place Enjoy. |
