I honestly think it's time to say this coin is dead.  I am done helping and getting on exchanges and doing all this work for a dev that is not willing to do ANYTHING for there own coin themselves and disappears 10 months a time out of the year.  We have no volume, 0 exchanges to ACTUALLY trade on and that's a bottom line fact.  No usa trading = worthless.  We have no news in months, we have no new website or advancement in what is to be expected for future, nothing.  Sorry, I'll let the stuff sit in the wallet for now but I have been trying to help as well as a few others now for almost 2 years we are on and all that has occurred is dev absence and coin growth and price dropping to extreme lows.  This coin could have been something fantastic and has amazing potential, but with the leadership it currently has, it will 100% go no where and just keep going down more and more on the non usa exchanges it's even left on.

I understand your frustration mate as I'm sure most of us feel this way, I'm really not sure where this will end up but like you said it does look dead even with the help that the community has put in. This was one of the best staking coins in crypto as it was one of only a few that used to hold its value but in the past year its done nothing but lose value which is a shame. I will continue to hold too, since I CAN'T EVEN SELL since I am from usa and we don't have any usa exchanges even to sell on, rather than have volume.  This coin could have been extremely good, but the lack of development and horrendous marketing took a toll.

I will continue to hold too, since I CAN'T EVEN SELL since I am from usa and we don't have any usa exchanges even to sell on, rather than have volume.  This coin could have been extremely good, but the lack of development and horrendous marketing took a toll.

I also think that losing Cryptopia has taken a massive toll on this coin as that's where the most volume was and almost everyone was using that exchange for XPTX. This coin was only a select few staking coins that held value but that has now gone as I now suspect that some of the big bag holders have left which is a shame as like you said this coin could of been a top staking coin.

The total supply is approaching 8 million which makes the Rare Cryptocurrency statement false and it will only get worse unless we decide to change the statement to common. We would have to drop the staking number by a large percentage and do a fork that would be similar to a reverse stock split to stay true to the statement. In the end you just have to look at what unique feature/features this Cryptocurrency brings to the table and why people would want to use it.

I agree that something needs to be done but the dev doesn't seem to be around once again. If the community is willing to go down this path then I think the dev will be all for it but he isn't active. Also there doesn't seem to be much of the community left as in here its dead besides a few of us posting and in the Discord there is only a few of us that are active so I just don't know anymore but I am still holding and staking.

The dev acting the way he does and disappearing for 6 months a time is what killed this coin.  He obviously plans nothing more for the coin nor helps with anything.  I got us on 2 exchanges in the past and I'm done helping since there doesn't seem to be much of a future left for this coin.  If we were at least on a exchange it would be different but it's to the point of just letting it stake and be worthless at the moment lol.

Maybe it is dead as we haven't heard anything from the dev or any of the big supporters of this coin. I'm not even sure if Mocho is still holding this coin as I noticed that he isn't in the Discord server anymore so maybe he got out or maybe he made room for another server. Anyway I'll just keep on staking for now and see what happens.

I must be honest and say that I can't see XPTX doing well once the bull market comes even if the dev does come back and starts working on the project again. I suspect that a lot of the loyal members of the community are now gone and some were big names in crypto.

Just got the chain moving again, got the diff down to 0.96 with 9mh/s, nicely mining away, and BOOM....another miner drops in and hits it with 8GH/s.
Awesome! Zero value coin, which could have been mined by virtually anyone, even with a cpu, and not hashate 8GH/s and diff 374....crazy thing is, as soon as they relasie its worthless, they bail, leaving diff so high it will take days to lower again....
Why oh why can't miners look at hashrate and diff before they start mining....you know you can use just 1 card in your rig, infact you could easily mine 6 different coins with a 6 x 1080ti rig....

Thank you for posting these nodes as my wallet was down to one active connection and needed more nodes to help sync my wallet faster. I do hope the dev is working on something behind the scenes because it has been a while since we last heard from him.
