You can't really compare the current block halving with the previous one as there is much more money involved and more traders.

And another big difference is that this block halving will not have that much of an impact since the majority of the coins are already mined.

You're right, but I would not expect price increases. Halving still is unknown situation, and investors don't like that. I'm with those who predict a fall in prices of BTC before halving. Later, it should be safe, stable growth.

Well bitcoin will grow and touch only after few weeks of May. Because the price is getting stabilized after decreasing, so it won't happen soon. A small period is required for the value to rise.

well it is may 1st and  i don't think that it will rise by 50$ in 4 hours because price now is 450$, but i can't say that it is bad or small price, it is really nice

and  i think we will see 500$ at middle or end of may, really high chances for that to happen as price rises even now, would be awesome to see huge price like this

Seems like a somewhat reasonable estimate, but I would highly doubt that we'll see nearly $900 in 10 weeks. I could be wrong, but a lot of it depends on where the value goes before the halving. I don't have a good analysis for any of this yet, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

So with such level of price we couldn't really expect that The price will going up at least till the next halving, if this reports are exact after 10 weeks it's already the halving date almost.

I think it's more likely to see the price somewhat stabilize around the current price for a few weeks. But I am quite sure that $500 will happen before the block halving.

$500 could be a good target for the end of May. We do not want the price to rise too fast, 10% a month is fine.
