I need your advise on how to get full functional paypal account !

Which place shall I open an account to send /receive money without been verified

For whom who is from other less Tiers may know what I'm talking about. there is a huge discrimination in Paypal policies over countries trully hope in

Not sure what your questions is or what we can help with.  Paypal is it's own beast, it has many rules and they can get complex as a seller.  If you have large/unusual amounts it would not surprise me that they want your account verified as you mention above.  I can understand as this is to prevent fraud/scams.

You will not find a ton of love for paypal on this site.  It is not ready for bitcoin sales due to chargebacks you can really lose selling digital goods.   Also selling miners they still can refund sometimes for questionable reasons.

So you will find others that have ran into problems.  But as far as helping not much we can do with paypal help.

You can always transfer all of you moneys into bitcoin or only accept bitcoins. But that may stop your sales if you use it exclusively.

The methods to become paypal verified are pretty clear. Until then you won't have access to much.

or use Square. Up to 25k per transaction vs 10k on Paypal.
