Just found that when sending ETH out of bit.ac wallet we have to pay fix 0.01 ETH in fees which is way higher than what you have to pay when using Jaxx wallet which is also multi currency wallet. I think Bit.ac team have to enable custom fee for ETH transactions. Sending ETH is as expensive as sending BTC.

Yeah I agree kindly consider amacar2 request about ETH transaction it is quite expensive in ratio to the ETH price.  It would be good if Bit.Ac can offer lower fee than their competitor.  If users learned about the lower fee Bitc.Ac offer then I believe they will get interested in using your service.

Well I have like the mobile app of bit.ac which is currently present for android users currently. Awaiting now that app soon be launched for the IOS phones too as many user who use IOS are awaiting for it.

Well that would be a - points for them if this one will be seen by those meticulous guys out there and as suggestion it should be lowered down so that people will get attract and get annoyed to use this wallet. And its a good marketing strat to see that they have the same fee's on those eth wallet providers who came first and also my little suggestion is they add some New altcoin who already exist for now so that the exchanging feature of bit.ac well became alive.

2 day delay is way too much. Please contact our customer service. There are no known issues to Monero as of today.

I think something need to be fixed on mobile app (android). Even when i check Remember me when signing in, app get logged out if i re-open app after closing it once. Yah. soon there will be more competitors thats why improvement is a vital thing. i have also used other multi currency wallets and what i like about

bit.ac more than them is they have monero in their coins list and by reading replies here in the thread i can guess that their support is active which is

big plus. my suggestions for now is for bit.ac to add more altcoins, ios wallet and lower their transaction fee.

Not in my case.

Seriously the fees are issue? I see it depends on the currency you are dealing. For bitcoin, I see it as fair and no problem with it at all as it was also present in some of the exchanges. Mind telling how much fees you got there? Just give an example or screenshot so that we can see here the "issue" thing.

But they could be great if they are lowered than those others and that could make them unique and looks more appealing to see since people will surely go wherever they can pay less on their transaction times.

Maybe he needs to try all things he can do before he can jump up to conclusion that theirs a bug happening on bit.ac wallet and  try to restart his modem or maybe he need to change location and try to log in his bit.ac wallet their but if the said error will still occur well much better to contact the bit.ac devs so they can improve their service and make this wallet working excellent.

Looks like your internet failed you since wallets need to sync to the mobile application since just as you've said, you didn't create your address through the app instead you create it in a browser. So synchronization must be done and it looks like your internet was slow so it makes that from which you can reload or relog to fix it.

This is also happen to me mate, i notice that my internet connection have a problem it getting slow that is why the image was not running correctly. That is not a bug you should need to refresh it or try to restart your internet modem because when i do that it will run smoothly again.!

Its definitely your Internet that is at fault at here. You created in a Google browser and then try to do through mobile app. Well when I tried to do it, it's was very simple and hassle free and so was it for my friends. I feel you should refresh your phone, clear your cache and retry the app. I am sure it will work perfectly fine for you. So far I haven't found any bug or issue with the app and from your last post doesn't seem there is a bug is it?

1 hours waiting seems to be long already,have you tried to request again if it doesnt arrive on your email then try to create again with another email,if the issue persist then better to contact their support.Usually email confirmations doesnt really took soo long to arrive but when its 1 hour have just passed then there might something wrong.
