Site layout is pretty much attractive and i don't think there is need to update user interface right now. But live chat option is missing from the site and it will be very helpful for users to solve their issues or doubts instantly.

The interface has always been nice and even better than most I have seen which is not new to the admin but where I have issues is in the registration on the site is something that is difficult to do with the email for verification taking forever to deliver. That's what admin should look into.

Yeah! Interface is all good and website plus app both work perfectly engaging for users. But one thing I always wanted that BIT.AC should improve is "publicity of exchange rates". Being an altcoin exchanger as prime activity, BIT.AC should focus to provide exchange prices in open public domain at competitive rates. In this way, BIT.AC can improve the number of exchanges as well as holding of funds in wallets.

Which email provider you are using? I have never experienced any delay on receiving email from bit.ac in my gmail account. Try to use reputed email providers like gmail rather than some new one that pops out everyday.

1 hours waiting seems to be long already,have you tried to request again if it doesnt arrive on your email then try to create again with another email,if the issue persist then better to contact their support.Usually email confirmations doesnt really took soo long to arrive but when its 1 hour have just passed then there might something wrong.

Finally I use forgot password to login, I waiting not only hours but days and still didn't receive the detail account in my email.

BIT.AC sent the forgot password link in spam folder, maybe Dev can fix this, I'm really didn't comfortable to click link I got in spam folder.

Yes second that from the first time I saw and till today I am amazed that it's so easy and friendly to use. Normally online wallets have been getting lots of flax for various reasons but this has stood out for all. It's convenient to use for all, doesn't lag and very promptly updates itself. This is actually soon going to be no 1 wallet on the market. I am so happy that I saw it and immediately started using it, especially with Bitcoin soaring you need a trusted wallet.

If you already did wait for a matter of day then theres really a problem regarding on this matter.They should really fix this so that players or users wont find this thing too hassle for them.Messages/Emails that go on spam folder i do consider as trash and sending them into that folder is really very awkward to open.We do have the same thoughts.

Maybe theirs a problem in their app? did you try to used their web version? since i think the best version of it is on the web itself since i merely see some problems on other app wallets thats why i don't bother to try it. But care to reach their support and try to pm their account here maybe they can give you some clarification and problem will be solve immediately.

Is it really attractive for you? It really is not. The design needs fewer colors and simpler lines. I recommend they use a framework like Bootstrap.

We do not have to lie just because we are in the signature campaign. We are here to help Bit.ac become one of the best online wallet. How can they improve if they think that their site is good enough?

It seems this issue of people not able to log in into their account due to the delay or unarrival of the confirmation email is not only affecting me but several others that are trying to get a feel of the site. But it seems the admin is not interested in fixing this issue. Its not only enough to have a good and nice interface but ability to access the site should also be paramount.

if you not receive mailbox confirmation from bit.ac you can check in spam folder
ussualy automatic mail system is very long time not receive mailbox, ussualy receive in spam folder
