Yeah very good point, labour and the hiring of staff is often over looked as an investment but i guess your right, a good employee would be a good investment.

Employees are hired because they help to fulfill a position that can help to make the company even more money. If employees just took away from a companies profits, would anyone get hired?

Basically it comes down to having people to make a big enough supply to prevent bottlenecks for goods or services.

Actually theres no safe way to double your money  easily hence  in any  investments there  are involve risk on lossing  some  portion of it but  if  i had  that amount its better  to invest on stock market and some portions would be   invested  into trading which could some how  you could gain  profits with it,

First of all i am never gonna think about doubling those 100,000 USD at all.Thats a huge amount for me and i am only gonna think about starting my own business in the real world.I will open a retaurant or a guest house with that.To make my name as well as earn more at the same time.

For me if you really want to double that $100,000 first you need to put your mind that there is no safe way to grow a money. But I guess investing that into banks is going to be the only safe way that you are going to earn with it. most probably i would invest most of it too, there is no other safe way to double it in my opinion

Currently best way to invest in small amounts and wisely then you can do double in a month because if you try to do in short cut then you can lost your all money very quickly just trading is best way to do this just need some patience

Yeah your right it takes a long time before you can make a good profit. but if you choose new altcoin releases you can make a good profit fast but its not easy you can be lose but if you choose legit one like bitcoin and top 20 coinmarketcap you can gain a good profit not fast but for long term.. i am sure you can make a good profit just sell it for the right time.

Yeah all the doubling method will involved with scam attempts and they will double for some people and cheat all others.simply it's a kind of gambling. So avoid to put a 1$ also in this method.

Doubling 100k safely there is no way to do it safely else I'd always keep doubling my money safely.
The safest bet is probably investing and I'd invest in bitcoin cause I am pretty sure prices will still hit 1.2k atleast once which means you will have doubled your money if you invest it all into bitcoin. maybe a bit less cause of fees etc.

Maybe it would be safer to invest that amount on a business in real world inspite of investing it online on bitcoin or something else, i don't say bitcoin is not worth any investment, it sure does, but the thing is if you have a capital that can be used for starting a good enough business in practical world then why to look for something here on internet which is never safe even if the place you are going to invest is the safest.?
