I agree but the amount of money needed to be successful in the investment that we choose requires us to put a bigger amount. If you can increase you amount as stated in the OP the better but if not better look for another investment. I guess holding bitcoins would be possible this time.

Yeah, if you can spot and undervalued property and you grab it. It is more safe for me and since you can afford to invest it maybe you should venture in this kind of business. You can build an apartment in the property that you bought and lease or rent it for steady income.

You are correct in that but you must remember that real state is not cheap at all and you need a lot of capital so that is a great obstacle unlike bitcoin in which you can invest almost any quantity you feel comfortable with.

You are correct in that but you must remember that real state is not cheap at all and you need a lot of capital so that is a great obstacle unlike bitcoin in which you can invest almost any quantity you feel comfortable with.

Exactly, and those who engage in that business are big capitalist. Mostly a big corporation are into real state business as it's profitable. I do not think that $100,000 of the OP is enough to invest in this kind of business.

That's true. It's not possible for now to double your $100k investing in bitcoins. It will take years, decades or perhaps more because we ca't really predict the value of bitcoin in the future it may go higher or even lower. For now, you may earn or make profit out of it but not tocthe point of doubling it.

This is a bad advise, why would he gamble with 100000 dollars when he does wanna to double and not to loose. Bitcoins is currently the best way to achieve those value, and sure you can try with some trusted and reputable altcoins as well, besides that there is some bankrolls.

I think it is a good idea until now to buy a property but selling them is not a good idea i think it is better to build a building with many rooms that you can give to rent and earn as passive income this is what people looking for right now, monthly payment for their rent is one of the passive income..  and it can earn you good money and you can invest it more to increase and double your money into bitcoin..

You can buy a properly and develop it, then after that you are in business. In our area, renting business is good as the population of the world is increasing yet the land are is still the same so it's a viable business.

Everything needs knowledge, you can find a place that will grow and the land will valorize however we can see the "housing" bubble that happened in USA.

Any investment have riskys however you can reduce it studying about your move.

you can't double it safely . investing is a littlebit risky too. uhm but it's worth trying . try to invest it on bitcoin. bitcoin is raising and raising for a long run. you can have stable profit in there. you can double that by selling your btc like if the btc comes into much more higher currency than now. sell it to other so you can see that your earning and having a steady source of income .

You should invest it into something more "physical" and not in "altcoins"..because it's so unpredictable that you might lost 10x in a night... so, do something more "old school"  I'm gonna tell you my own experience, and it was goo d for me, because I bought ETH in the very early stage when it worth nothing... so months later it worth 10$, but it was a shot in the dark, I mena, I had few BTC to do this kinda opperation, but many people don't have, so, if it was a shi&* coin like many other was, I was fuck**d and lost ~10BTC. So, the way was differente and now I sold out ~x1000, but, it's fine... So, if you give a right shot you can win big, but take care that you can "bet" just what you're conforatble to lost. Everything has a risk, you need to take the risk first before going into investment. It's hard to invest when you do not have the money that you can afford to lose and while saying that you want to be safe with your investment it sounds that you cannot afford to lose that $100,000.
