Any tips to promote a referral link ?

Does any one know a great ( and cheap ) Bitcoin Ad network to promote my referral link, I've never done it before so I want to know from someone how have some experience about this.
and will I get referrals by promoting it ?
I still new to this, need some advices !

The best information I can give you is make an ad about the company (with the company's permission) and put your referral link as the redirect to the website.

As for an ad network, those are fairly hard to come by, and I doubt you'd make money out of having a referral link as an advertisement.

Maybe try getting an account (or running multiple) and put your link in the signature space? It'll only cost you the time to write posts on this forum.

The most popular ad network that i see in most of the websites are adbit.co so i would highly suggest you to sign up there and check their rates. Another way to promote your referral link is also by putting the link in your signature (when you upgrade to Jr. member)

But I think it's still far better to use traditional networks like Google Adwords, or even Facebook.

The most effective way is to write honest blog articles of the service / site where you implement your referral link. Spaming boards or comments with your referral link is very inefficient. So, be honest, invest some work in writing interesing information about the service and you will be successful.

Why dont you try to start a campaign to promote your referral link and i think google keyword planner has a per click base that you can make more referals that paying your ads for CPM or impressions.. better find a adnetwork that base on click paid.. not for only impressions..
Also try to study SEO and and blogging.. you can make more referrals and be sure you are choose the best key word with lots of searches and low compitators..

I agree with this, but advertising networks are also a good option if you don't have the time or the skills to write articles and set-up a blog.
In the case of Adwords for example, you could focus either on good, expensive keywords or on less popular, thus cheaper keywords.
I still think that targeted traffic is the best and Adwords is perfect for that.

If you do decide to write articles to promote a referral link, keep in mind that it should be well-written and your blog should have a lot of traffic, which takes pretty long to achieve, especially if you're just learning this kind of stuff.

you should have to start a signature campaign at here if you can afford, i have noticed that starting a signature campaign at here is more beneficial and effective than advertising on any ad network.

I didn't know about that service for promoting your referral link. I don't know how they can provide you with active referrals, and even if they can for faucets how can they find active gamblers if you wish for referrals in casino?

I doubt that can work, I use Facebook and Twitter for promoting my referral links. First I try to give nice explanation about link and second I share it couple times per day. I have pretty nice success from that. If you don't have many friends or followers you can work on that and in some time you will see results.

Don't waste your money for nothing. Sometimes its better to invest your time in energy then money.

There are no surefire ways to promote a link, the only fundamental that always applies is traffic. Traffic is everything, it's life and you must search for it any way or another. Some can get massive amounts of traffic on Youtube, and then put the referral link on their Youtube channel headers and description on videos, and others just get successful blogs. You gotta get people checking your stuff out, thats all.

I think that I m going to start a blog and try some CPC.

Starting up a blog is a great idea. You should also make some YT videos to grab some traffic from there (it pays of the time invested after a while)
The best options are definitelly the free or cheap ones, until you have enough to aim higher.

Be careful about the CPC tho, i had some bad experience on some sites (im confident they faked the CPC visits e.g. self clickers and so on..)

You have much better luck if it's something people want, and not something like another faucet or something like that.  We really need to know more I think as far as what you are referring to to be of help.

Some you could do a write up and have referral link and non-referral link (very important to have both and not hide referral).   But again depends on what it is if it is  good.   Also you can put referral link in signature.  That is a common place to have a referral link.  But getting people to click it might not be that easy.

Just search on facebook the group which allows you to post any refferal link, they have already 57,000 members on that group. Hope it helps you a little.

Apart from coinad which I imagine would charge a pretty penny to have a banner advertisement which usually isn't cost worthy for the referrals(it might be for the site owners), the other two are basically paid to click programs and the people who click these ads, do it to make some satoshis and are not interested in the content whatsoever, so they're not that helpful in getting referrals.

@OP, As far as running a successful blog is concerned, it is not easy to attract traffic and if no one or very few visit your blog then it is useless. For now what I'd suggest you is, become a little active on the forum(s) which are related to the site(s) you want to get referrals for and then when you gain a good status/rank, you can wear your referral links in your signature/avatar/personal-text etc.
