Yeah desperate means you need it on the spot and if you say you will earn it or go for loan then there is no meaning of being desperate, you should able to get money instantly.

Good decision at least you are not risking anything, however, but merely doing signature campaign we cannot earn a decent amount that would really help us on our daily expenses, we should another way to value our time more and I would say that would be trading or investment in bitcoins now.

People are able to make really bad things get money! Just read the "Invested based games" section to see how many scammers is there.

Of course, the easiest way is to borrow as long as we are sure that we can give back the money.

Yeah if you have proper plan to save your money on regular basis then you will never need money in desperate way, its always good to have some backup money.

Whos to say that they managed the money accordingly, but had to hit their emergency fund to due to personal situations.

You can say "proper manage" blah blah. But if your mom had some type of cancer or something else that needed serious amount of money you cant call out saying "if you managed you income" well type of deal.

The most important is you have to save and allocate your savings to some needs and wants in life. It is advisable to have a savings for emergency so you have something to get in time of trouble. Of course if there is a problem like a cancer thing you need to sacrifice your plan and instead make all possible ways to get money as this is between life and death situation.

what i say is true. for example: if you not manage your income well, how can you save your money because you can't know how much you got and how much you spend in every month.

Its not free, unless youre being creative to go get it in the first place. Signature campaigns and anything similar shouldnt be relied as "free money" either cause you never know when the campaign quits.

There absolutely no fee money in the internet, you need to work for it in order to get money. Even in faucets which is the simplest way to get money you need to devote your time in order to get a decent amount.

Signature campaign isn't going to be a source of quick money though. imagine posting a lot just to get paid few bucks in a week.
You would rather sell something online if you are desperate and needs money in a given time. Selling valuable items on local buy and sell site would be a better solution.
