Just watching Andy Murray vs Nishikora, the injuries have killed Murray. It’s a shame to see, he was a really good Champion. Tennis is rough if you’re not 100% fit & mobile. I have so much respect for players like Federer who have been at the top for so long, his body must be so strong.

No way Murray is winning this US open, he is still nowhere near the levels he had before the injury and more importantly I think he is just happy that he can compete at top levels and doesn't put the same kind of pressure on himself as before. He can turn matches like this one but he can't play against top players yet. Especially in a best of 5 sets. Even if everything goes his way Djokovic is still playing and that is too much for sure.

For the past few years I've organised betting pools for the English Premier League along with the Champions League and World Cup, and now it's time for the 2020/21 Premier League pool which will kick off on the 12th of September. We will again be using the www.superbru.com website for predictions where you get 3 points for predicting an exact score, 1 point for a correct outcome (win/lose/draw) and 1.5 for a close prediction with correct outcome. Superbru is a free and easy to use site taking only a minute or two to register. You can change your scores right up until kick-off and you can even put your predictions in advance even for the entire season if you wanted to which is perfect if you think you might be away for the forum or not have a chance to make your predictions.

The price to join is 0.0045 in bitcoin and 100% of the money received is paid out between the winners. The total prizes will depend on how many people ultimately join, but based on 34 users joining at 0.0045 which will make the total pot a little over 0.3 the prizes will likely be as follows:

A little over 30 users joined last year's pool but I anticipate at least 40-50 users this year and hopefully maybe more. However, I would also like to boost the above prizes a little as well to make it more competitive, but this will all be decided once users have finished signing up and the above prizes are likely the minimum you can expect to be in with a chance of winning.

In addition to the prizes above Sportsbet are also offering a free Watford shirt to every player who signs up (assuming you want one and subject to stock). They will also be offering a $50 free bet to every 'yellow cap' of the weekly round which is the user that gets the most points in that week. Finally, the best prize they're offering is one lucky player will be in with the chance to win an all expenses paid trip to a football game of their choice*. How it will work is everyone who joins will be entered into a raffle. The number of raffle tickets you get will depend on your final place in the table at the end of the season, for example:

Assuming 50 players join:

1st place will win 50 raffle tickets

3rd Place 48 raffle tickets, and so on with the player who finishes last in 50th getting 1 ticket.

As much as I love football, for betting, I agree, there is no better sport to bet live on. Football you can see the teams gain possession, create chances, but still there are 11 men on the team and you can have 1 man of the match goalie who keeps the sheet clean, or midfield who creates or man who scores impossible goal. Team form doesn't necessarily mean the result but in tennis? You can see every set more or less if the guy will lose (but of course hard to say who will win overall).

Just to follow up on this, I can’t believe Murray pulled it back to win in 5 sets. What a battler, kudos to him. He plays number 15 seed F. Auger Aliassime tomorrow in the 2nd round.

I feel like live betting on UFC or similar fighting related ones would have been a lot better if given option, most of the time a lot of time do not have live betting (and I do not mean sportsbet, I mean in general) plus if you could have a live betting for F1 for example, it would usually go down with same route as the pre-race one as well.. it is Hamilton, but if you ever end up seeing Hamilton not doing well, have a problem, maybe a crash whatever and get DQ, that means the lead is wide open and it could be anyone, probably verstappen so you could live bet that as well.

I am not a huge Tennis fan so I would never know the feeling of live betting on Tennis, it could be the best one ever, but I feel like the ones I listed could be quite nice as well given a chance.

i'm not getting that error, but i do notice the site's load times are bit slower today

I didn't know the site was using Cloudflare, i think what's happening now could be: 1) a ddos attack (like the user above mentioned), or 2) issues or maintenance on Cloudflare (right now, there's some traffic getting re-routed by cloudflare in some locations like asia and europe, could explain why ppl are getting errors and slow load times)
