Is it limited to 2 mBTC and I can get a free bet of max 6 mBTC?
Do I need to win my bet to receive that free bet or just wait for it to grade even if I lose that first bet?
After receiving my free bet, what is the max can I win with this free bet? Is there any limit on that?
If I win any amount through that free bet, how much can I withdraw?
Do I need to wager any x amount of my winnings from free bet to withdraw them or I can withdraw the winnings any time?

yes 6 mbtc is the max and if i remember correct your first bet has to be exactly of 2 mbtc for new user bonus. you will get the freebet even if u win the 2mbtc bet. there is a max but u can only see that when u try to place it, i have tried before and it limits somewher between 100-200x odds. you can withdraw freely whatever u win

I like this promo because I was thinking about it that they will allow the winnings to be withdrawn after free bet was placed and won, but didn't take part as I left gambling before. Now I'll be getting back into this. Any bets you could suggest with odds above 1.5 - 2x? I can share 50% of my winnings (except my betting amount) for my first bet. It should be after today, I will not go for live matches for some reasons.

Can’t believe Watford lost again, they should be too good to be in this position. They’re rock bottom of the table, they need to turn around this terrible form ASAP or they could he cut adrift at the bottom by Christmas.
I still think they’re well capable of finishing this season in midtable. Hopefully for themselves, sportsbet.io & BTC in general they start to put some wins together soon.

It’s true that simply just being seen on a PL team jersey is great advertising. I’d like to see Watford climb the table though. I checked the promotion page directly for the point 8 you referred to but then didnt see it.
So scrolled all the way down the page and saw where you were referring in terms #8 within the terms and conditions a separate page after a click through.
I must of missed this the first time when checking everything was needed to qualify in the requirements for these particular promotions. Thanks ralle for explaining it correctly.

edit  congratulations to those who had new castle to have over 0.5 yellow cards in each half cause they got a straight red card in the first half so this should count as two yellow cards.

I’d like to see Watford climb the table though. Hopefully the sportsbet.io deal is just for one season initially because if they get relegated & it’s a long partnership then they might not get so much exposure in The Championship.

It will be a hard battle for them to be in the top 15 and they are in the bottom of the table and i do not see much improvement this season until they sign some good strikers in the team. Every exposure is good and they have done a good job doing that.

I have a small complaint about the free bet i got last time when Watford scored a goal, i made a parlay that time and won the parlay when Bellator 228 ended and initially i was not awarded the bet and when i contacted customer support they said you have to end the bet within 7 days and then added the winning amount as a gesture of good will, i never thought there will be restriction like that.

It wasn't getting placed and all the time it showed that it has failed to place the bet.
Then suddenly I saw my account balance has become 0 and there is no active bet in progress. The balance just disappeared and I had no active bets on my account.

So I contacted support and after 5-10 minutes of contacting support which also joined up late, then I saw that now there is an active bet on one tennis match. The bet got placed actually after contacting support.
That bet got placed around 10 minutes after what I actually wanted to do. and so eventually i lost that bet.

This is not even my fault, it was caused by a serious time lag between my clicking and actually placement of the bet. And while placing it showed the bet has failed and did not get placed. At the same time it also started to show that the site is now under maintenance.
I feel cheated because of the glitch and now I have lost my money. Feeling cheated at this time.

I want my money to be reimbursed.
Please properly look into this issue and read this email carefully because you won't get my issue without properly reading this email.
Please take necessary actions and get my balance back.

From the story, it does seem that you wanted to place those bets, and you would have placed them if the website hadn't malfunctioned, right? Or was the intention to place the bet only on volleyball, whereas you tried clicking on tennis just to see whether the website works? If the former is true, and you would have placed the money on the tennis bet anyway, I don't see why the money should be reimbursed. If, however, you were actually trying to put it on another bet or put a different amount of it, and only due to a malfunction it all ended up on the tennis bet, it's a different story. I am sure Sportsbet won't live the case unresolved, and they will come to a justified solution. Don't feel scammed, your case is just not an obvious one, so it requires investigation. Good luck!

Thanks to the new marketing efforts and putting the name sportsbet.io out there everywhere, it was obvious that there would be a lot of new customers coming in. With that it means there would be a lot of new people who are new to general crypto stuff coming in as well, that is why it is definitely expected that the number of support tickets you guys will get will go up as well.

Plus, even as sportsbet.io is a great company and an amazing website, it doesn't mean they can keep up with everything if it goes too crowded all of a sudden, this is just a website and if you prepare for 1000 people betting one day and hire people accordingly but then 10k people shows up to bet, you would be short stacked and would have to hire more and would take a while of course.

I have had a look into this and most things seem fine.Live betting on Low-level ITF tennis, volleyball, and beach volleyball usually brings up more rejections then you would usually get on a top tier event.
All the money was returned and the account balance is accurate.
I see you got the Free Frenzy bet yesterday, it went through ok?

OK. Tried out the Live app. I use Livescores already and that's pretty decent but I suppose the trigger option is quite useful if you're doing Live betting a lot, and I do tend to watch out a lot for if odds suddenly jump so that's extremely useful! Most of my underdog bets I only place if I see a 10% jump.

Anyway my feedback: app could respond quicker. It is a little slow. Also, once you enter the trigger area, you can't go back. Back button doesn't work. Tapping the Close button (X) also doesn't work. So you've no choice but to kill the app once you enter the trigger area, at least on my Android.

Waiting to see if my first trigger will work though! Set it for 0-0 after a certain time just to see;)

I have tried and it works fine on iPhone - back button is working for me. The whole experience is nice and if you want to place a bet, you just click "odds", choose a bet and you are being redirected to the sportsbet website.

As far as I can see that you really want to put a bet on this match, so I do not think that they are scammed your money anyway, they just helping you to put this back on the bet. And just because the match is losing you are blamming them? This is really absurd. I know they have been delay on their timeframe between placing bets but if this does not happens your bet is still a losing bet
