Congratulations on your winnings, rohang. I've been using Sportsbet.io for quite the long time now and I must say, I haven't really encountered any bad experience with them. Maybe some hiccups here and there but they'll resolve it as soon as you raised that concern over their support team or to Steve. Their promotions are also legit as f*ck and you can literally see all the posts of winnings (from their promos) here.

Nice win mate! Yep , I never had issues with them and if I had it were from their betting radar which is okay but most of them time even my local betting houses are not this fair as sportsbet , they have fair support , great odds , cashout option , awesome promos on different sports and a huge gamma of sports including ESPORTS which is awesome!

True, if the player is not break the rule then the player's account should be fine. I don't have any problem so far about the withdraw and the promotion (i'm a small bettor).

I have read your query in the thread you created in gambling discussion and if you logged in from an IP which is self excluded and their system identifies and freezes your account automatically, it is not a manually process that they saw you betting and then froze your account. So the primary mistake was yours logging in from your friends IP and they could rewrite the program to withdraw the active bets before freezing the account in the case of self excluded accounts and whether they will do so is their discretion.

I feel bad for you due those annoying account got frozen you are unable to cash out from the game live but unfortunately most of the time whenever your bet are losing they often disable the cash out.. why? Because it's been mentioned in their T&C about the cash out feature they have the right to do so.

Sportsbets froze my account after placing a 100mBTC bet

I have been a loyal customer of sportsbet for some time. Never had any issue regarding deposits or withdrawals. I even feel comfortable with the site and I passed the entire kyc procedure.

But couple of days ago I deposited 183mBTC to the site and placed a 100mBTC bet on my favourite sport , darts.
When I but such amounts I always monitor the games closely and take a cashout when enough profits or to cash out with as less loss as possible when the first one goes into the wrong direction.

So at the time the first game started and tried to login it told me my account was frozen. After 3 hours I received an email cause my account was flagged related to a self excluded account. But I never did a self exclusion and always played with this account.

But what I dislike about this matter. They didn’t notify me upfront they would freeze the account or also didnt cancelled outstanding bets. So the only thing I could do was just wait and see my 100mBTC bet going wrong without being able to use the cashout.

So personally I think sportsbet should have cancelled open bets before closing or give me the opportunity to cancel  open bets.

I politely asked if they would at least refund 50-70% of the bet amount. I would only had 50-70mBTC left when using cashout when first game was 2-1 down in sets. I even would have agreed with a 50-70mBTC freebet. Just to recover the losses.

But I received the abrupt answer. We do not refund if an account is flagged regarding to self exclusion. I think sportsbet should reconsider about that. If in case they willing to close any account for any reason, at the same time they should closed all activity related with that account. So even account closed during play but player will no longer loss. And then he might appeal about his account for investigation.

I also read the thread dedicated to this topic. I think it's not only about this particular case with the account being frozen. I think it's a suggestion about the possibility of changing the policy which is open for discussion. Namely, the suggestion pleasureteam seems to offer is that the company should warn the person in advance that the account will be frozen for inspection and give some time to decide what to do with unresolved bets. So the idea is that a person would be able to cancel the bets or keep them as they are before being inspected. Obviously, it's not about being able to withdraw money from the website or something like that, because then there would be no sense in the inspection itself.
I don't really support this idea, honestly, but I think it makes sense to think about it, especially given the pleasureteam's case in which the person was not found guilty, but lost the bet, because of not being able to cancel it (or bet a smaller amount of money) while the account was frozen.

Not very clear what you meant? But here I am trying,

During the play when a player have an active bet then how are they going to decide which side they need to take to settle this? So cash out option is not something here we can consider.

Now since the account is inactive and if the customer find the can in their favor after the regulation then if the bet wins they will get the winning amount.
If customer lose the case and if the bet is a win then in my opinion the local outcome will be just to refund the bet
If customer win the case and the bet is a lose then of course the customer lose the bet as usual.

yeah I know CashOut is not always available. But I place higher bets often and very often CashOut when 10-20mBTC profits during live. The first game lost... I know that but during the first game dobey went on with 0-1 and after that white won 2 straight sets which brought him at 1 set from winning the game. On such moment I would consider to take the CashOut if it would have been 110-120mBTC to lock some profits and place a new bet on the remaining 2 games.
I called a friend to keep an eye on the CashOut and during the game CashOut was available most of the time during the first 3 sets

Actually I mean live activity should cancel at the same time if sportsbet decide to closed any account. For example you are betting right now and you are on lose, and sportsbet decide  to closed your account, so they should cancel your bet, whatever you lost it would remain lost. Whatever you won it will remain in your account. But further activity should be stop, like you are losing your fund but you can't even stop betting due to closed accounts. Hope you got my point.

Their live cashout option is not controlled by them you know ? I myself worked into a betting house 3 years ago and I can tell you only the bet radar controls those options. I know sometimes its not fair for us but what can we do ? Dude... you are saying yourself - you ve sent in your documents and their "investigation" ended by confirming you have multiple accounts - so what?!?! While there are cases which are unclear - when they say you have multiple accounts, they will surely be able to prove that.

You tried to get that bonus with more than 1 times with a lot of accounts so I think they will be able to prove it with no problems. as I said earlier, I don’t know of other accounts! I have only one! I made a lot of money on it (a lot for me) and am betting. Why should I make a lot of money for multi-account?
all the more so in the support chat I asked if it is possible to bet and support allowed me! said that there would be no restrictions for you!
and I didn’t take any bonuses! just continued to bet.
if there are other accounts (which I don’t know about) let them merge them into one or delete them!
