I have been quite critical towards sportsbet live support in the past but I must confess they are getting a lot better. Last 2 times I had small requests they responded fast and settled my issues (missing markets, ticket grading) very quickly, inside couple of minutes. A single bet on Liverpool ? I would say that is too risky to take that odd especially after we saw the last games of Liverpool when they seems to concede goals to easy, making them an easy-target for the offensive strikers of the other team. Until Van Dijk will come back, they will struggle a lot to not get goals. I'm still thinking to go with both team to score or under 3.5 yellow cards.

We’ve conceded 1 goal in the last 3 PL games. Although losing VVD & Gomez for the season has a big effect on the way we play the problem has been at the other end of the pitch. We’re not scoring goals, 1 goal in the last 4 PL games. It’s not good enough but hopefully it changes tonight. Surely we won’t draw another blank!

Very unhelpful and no attempts to understand my query or solve it. One even banned me for 24 hours( i did not spam or insult or anything like that, steve later removed it)

At this point i dont bother them with anything other then bet settlement, thats all they have been good for me,sadly.

But still its much better then many other sportsbooks sites you can check in scam accusation too many complaints and other issues which are waiting for response but no one available for any reply and here on this site they are mostly doing all things instantly but still few members complaining which are solved by Steve very quickly.

Oh man. Origi could have, should have won my HT leg, hit the crossbar. Could have passed to Mane, who I'm sure would have put that chance to bed. So damn frustrating, when almost every other Betbuilder leg already hit (needed 7 corners and under 2 cards and we basically have that in the bag). Long as we win this in the second half though. So, so, so frustrating!

Edit: and we narrowly avoided a VAR red card after the whistle. Dramaaaa

I remember you posting about having issues when contacting their live support mid last year and problems with some things you have encountered on the site.
I am sorry you have run into these issues and they were not able to satisfy your expectations. As I remember you saying they banned you from the live support chat as well but not from using the site. So I don't know what happened there as from what I remember there weren't any screenshots of the conversations you have had with that particular support technician so can not comment on this either.
But with any issues I have had in the past I just brought it to the attention of the Sportsbet.io representative here on the forum known to everyone as Steve (I know we are regulars on here know of him and his title) and then the next day would have had any issues I encountered resolved.
So with any website you just need to give them time and have patience to resolve any issues you have had in the past and any you might have in the future.
I know we are not here to stir up any trouble and make sportsbet.io's forum contact anymore hell than needed to be necessary.
Looking forward to seeing you on the multimasters competition thread as you are always welcome to join in and have a chance at the side prize given out by last week's (co)winner of the challenge.

Ofcourse steve is always here to help, my feedback was on the live chat, i dont really want to trouble steve for every little thing that live support is not able to help with (its not his job and i am sure he is very busy with his own responsibilities)

As far as the ban, it was for 24 hours which was removed before time by steve when i brought that to his attention.

The issues are not big enough to warrant me posting screenshots/conversations publicly, just small little things that i wanted to be cleared (regarding promos/site functionality)

They are also not big enough for me to stop using the site   But the previous poster was talking about his experience so i posted mine

This one is really a tough one. I have doubts with the Saints lineup but they have been playing really well. On other hand we have Arsenal who are also good but they have just come up from the goal scoring problems. There is still work need to be done. There is lot for Arsenal as they won FA Cup last year and would target the same but Southampton won't give in easily.

I feel like it is gonna end in a draw. Feels very likely.

And I was right that taking Liverpool as a win will be a tricky game that eventually wasn't their to win as Burnley almost scored a 2nd goal with few minutes before the end. Everyone ignored my issue . @sportsbet.io will you confirm about VPN uses? Today I have tried with different ISP, most of the time I can access the site but occasionally I'm getting the error message of webpage blocked. During those time I'm using VPN to access Sportsbet. Here what I have said previously.

I'm almost a new member (joined one(two) month ago but haven't played before) of Sportsbet. Whenever I'm trying to visit the site it saying “This webpage has been blocked”. Maybe my ISP have blocked this site. But I'm not from any restricted jurisdiction. Currently I'm using VPN to access Sportsbet. Will there be any problem if I continue with VPN? Couldn't find anything about VPN uses at T&C page.

It was a close one but ended in a loss. Wolves took an early lead in the 12th minute and maintained that lead till the match ended. PSG on the other hand, couldn't score before the stipulated time. I'd die to see specials like the one listed above, not something you normally put in your betslip, it's different, it's refreshing with really attractive odds. Not the boring 4-legged ML specials with 5% boost to back up "heavy" favorites, nah thanks. Anyway, di Maria and Icardi both had decent chances to score before the 19.59 mark, and the challenge against Mbappe was, of course, an inch short of being a penalty... it took them 5 minutes to take the goddamn free-kick. Yeah, I'd happily lose all my Pool bets if we just find a way to scrape through this bad patch and get on top again. Funny that only one team ever in the Prem League finishes top at Christmas and doesn't go on to win it... among other unwanted records we've already had this season.

A bit disappointed in Origi, yeah, but to be fair, Klopp instills greed in his strikers and I sometimes wish they'd be greedier (just more clinical). As I said before, it's just our defence. We aren't playing proper defenders, so our midfield's too preoccupied with helping them back. Less service to our front.
