I agree. Each of these providers seem to have carved out a niche market and don't really seem to be in direct competition with each other. It's great that there are several choices available, but we probably won't see significant improvement from any of them in reliability, usability, and customer service until they have to deal with stronger competition (either from each other or from new competitors).
