1. game was easy to understand, though could only stake 1 or Max, there was no means to adjust the stake. When I selected max, got shot immediately. lol

Kinda, and first I didn't knew what to do, all I saw was a picture of a gun, but then I read a little bit and I got it, the game is classic, so yeah it is easy to play and it seems fair.
