I want to buy BTC for Neteller at preev + 10%

I have $100 neteller that I want to exchange for BTC Sold to Sardasa
I just sold $60 on Paxful
I have $53.25 Neteller available I want to exchange for BTC

The funds were sent to me by a someone

I will send only the screenshot of my account to anyone interested in buying the funds

My account is verified and I have been dealing on paxful for a while, but their fees are way too high

I accept escrow from one of the following and you pay the fees.

If you seem trusted with enough green trust I will send first
If you want a higher percentage than 10% I won't accept the offer

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
