received shipping info as well.
Could you help to advice your order number more clear?
My order # is 13XX, I wonder how far I am.
Order number's nothing to do in this batch, you'd rather ask about order/payment date/time. There are people with order # as high as 4xxx who got their units already.
Batch#2 was splited to 2 order windows. Once is around Feb-2, another is around Feb-18. I am Feb-18. I just want to know any one ordered on Feb-18 received tracking # or not.

did you ever kill-a-watt the other unit? just curious
A quick test showed that my silver unit consumed about the same amount of power as the black ones; no significant difference.  All units are running around 600W at 300MHz, Temp3 ~47.

I have "Order #12XX made on February 18, 2013. Order status: processing."

Is it correct?

Should I suspect shiping is near?

Processing means your order is in their system.
Next status will be completed and you'll receive a track & trace number.
My order of February 18th is in status processing since that date.
My order of February 2nd has status completed and I have received the machines.

That's a very nice improvement in power usage over batch #1.

When you say 4 days from HK to NJ, does it mean you received your Avalons on the fourth day or the fifth day? Thanks.

Dog hair is just that... it isn't a euphemism.

Dogs shed hair and when it gets inside a computer it makes them run hotter.... ahh... which is bad.

Thanks... so this applies to the old batches too where a package was rerouted from someone to another address? I only ask because im in email contact with the security department of DHL in germany because it looks to me like they have a security leak.

When I got an email from Avalon containing the tracking number, I right away called DHL and asked them what they need to change a destination address. According to the person I spoke to, it is NOT possible to prevent changing the delivery address by the sender or by someone else who can give enough information about the receiver to impersonate the receiver.

And most important: If someone manages to change the delivery address, it will NOT be visible on the track and trace page.

As you can imagine, I had some worries until I got them...
