Bump.

I see a few people posting that they received/are running batch 2 avalons, but have not yet updated their info to this spreadsheet:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AluBwkoeuzdndG5GRk10Qk8wU0FDWU1DLUxCVS1CV2c#gid=0

For the people who received, please send a request to update (with your receive/tracking dates, order number, txid, etc) so we can better keep track of batch 2 shipping progress.

This will help us batch 3 pre-order customers make better informed decisions about requesting a refund.

Thanks!

Cross-post:

One of my Avalon units (batch #2) was delivered today Jun 27 by DHL, to the Los Angeles area.

Ordered Feb 2, 2013. Paid 76.7 BTC (it was one of the orders affected by the walletbit bug: I was charged and paid 0.5 BTC, then sent the remaining ~76 BTC later in the day). After creating numerous (unanswered) tickets, my order was eventually added to the store in mid-June (order #108xx). I was emailed the tracking number yesterday. It travelled from Beijing to Los Angeles in 48h. Was not stopped at customs. Declared value = $500. Package weight was 16 kg (but declared as 0.5 kg on the shipping label). Avalon unit weight = 13.5 kg. It is a black chassis. Very few signs of use (slight traces of dust).

Out of the box, cgminer was configured as is, confirming the know fact that Avalon mine with the units (I think for burn-in, which I don't mind):
Code:
pool1
- url: stratum+tcp://stratum.ozco.in:80
- worker: avalon.default0
- password: 12345
pool2
- url: stratum+tcp://au.ozco.in:80
- worker: avalon.default0
- password: 12345
pool3
- url: stratum+tcp://mining.eligius.st:3334
- worker: 1AYdAw8CcrQ2wx55LTbFHRn5bxgNZhaRLW
- password: 12345

I am still waiting for my other batch #2 unit ordered on Feb 18.

I'd really like to know how much mining they've been doing for the burn-in.  Need a friendly IT Super Hero dude to do some foresenics and figure it out for all of us.

Worker 1AYdAw8CcrQ2wx55LTbFHRn5bxgNZhaRLW seems like a unique name. I wonder if eligius dudes would be able to let us know how much mining was done with that worker.

They mined much more than just this. I guess around 15000-30000 BTCs with customer hardware.

No... eligius doesn't tie the address to a machine.  60 or so miner machines could have been used against one address.
If someone forced me to guess, I would say that Bitsyncom has a separate mining farm from their Avalon sales, but they use the same firmware.   It would be smart of them to solomine (like Asic Miner... except private).

yup, you're probably in the last 50... you could know that if you remember how many were left before you proceeded to checkout...

Sorry I meant to update this but I've been busy with vacations and whatnot.

Order # 1169
Received DHL tracking # 15JUN2013
Received shipment on 18JUN2013
Black Unit - 65 GH/s

On average mines at >70GH/s

It's only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything.

I'm pretty sure I was within the last 20-30.  I did just get my tracking number though!

Does anyone know if a 10 digit number is right for DHL?  I tried to put it in there tracking but am getting no results, figuring it's cause they just put it in.

My number did not work the first several hours after Avalon emailed it to me.  Now, it says my unit has made it to Hong Kong (a fair distance from Beijing)

I try to be respectful and informed.

just wait, the tracking is good

Anybody can have a pile of waybills from DHL or any other transport company on their desks. They can package your shipment and provide you with the tracking number BEFORE it is ever taken to a DHL depot, or a third party who will take it to a DHL depot. So there is no reason for anyone to be surprised that the tracking does not show yet, it will not until it is scanned the first time by DHL.
