I was searching for other Bitcoin forums and I found this: http://www.bitcoinvalues.net/bitcoin-forum

It seems like a new forum but with a cloned BitcoinTalk layout.

bitcointalk uses SMF. It's free and open source, so everybody is free to use it
the new version of bitcointalk you'll find on beta.bitcointalk.org is running on epochtalk, which is also open source, so even in the future, you might find forums that look like they ripped of bitcointalk without any possible repercussions
