Mining with less power

How can I mine with graphic card GPU for X11 with SGminer and set graphic to use less power?
So I can mine when I use my PC too. I set "intensity" : "9"
but still not ok I have even lowered intensity to 5 but it makes more intensity.
I can't watch youtube or listen music or watch FB video when mining.
So how can I lower mining power to mine when using PC?

You can use xintensity it goes much lower. But if youre mining x11 you should haven no problem there...

try -g 1 instead of g2, or reduce the thread concurrency

I found a solution
I can increase intensity and use instead of 2 gpu just one and it works.
"gpu-threads" : "2",
changed to
"gpu-threads" : "1",

Thats threads. Its very demanding on a GPU and generally a marginal hash gain. For gaming you could probably use xI 6 to 40.
