What is the button I must click to choose the best answer? I guess it's the tip this answer? Or is it the award points? I presume it isn't the "this post is useful". And how I reject an answer or all answers?, I do nothing? I click "this post isn't useful"?

Is a small button that shows up under the answer's votes, but it only appears if the question is at least 2 hours old and the answer has one vote. If your question has more than two hours and you really want to select an answer you can vote it yourself and refresh the page, that small button will appear right away. There isn't a way to reject answers, they're all good somehow, only to select a winning answer

You can withdraw your coins to your personal wallet anytime you want, in fact we recommend not leaving bitcoins in your Rugatu wallet at all.
