Even in short term also no guaranty of earning money in gambling because it purely depends on only luck and without luck you can't win any money in gambling. So if you want to earn money the best option is only investments and as you said gambling is only for fun and entertainment.

Everything depends on luck however if you wish to stay in delusion then you are free to keep that thought however there is no denying that you might get lucky big time in gamble. You might be able to win huge amount in one try, some people has quite some luck to win huge amount and of course it is real indeed

No gambler would prefer to gamble in a short term because when we win we want to increase our winnings and gamble until we reach our goal. If by gambling in the short term, that should make you put bigger money so you will easy achieve it but there's a possibility you will lose as well.

That is why casino can gain so much money because the game is designed to make you have a disadvantage in the first place. Yet, some people still refused to accept this fact just because they manage to win in the first  or 2 times win.

You can't do both effective, it's either you investment will be ruin or you will be rich in the future, but none of that made sense when you need to take all the risk to be able to succeed, and base on my calculation, our chances is pretty lower compared to just focus in investment alone.

Investment is never a short term goals. Investment is for a long time and in fact, even 1 month is not enough to see result at times. I know of a person who invest in btc casino for a month and he complain that he lost and withdraw. Who knows if he stay for the 2nd month, he would have won back what he lost and even more.

Well that's why you have to study and research thoroughly first where you'll be investing your money because if you invest in something that you have no idea with, its the same as gambling already. I've also made quite an amount investing in altcoins though it takes a bit of time. The difference with gambling though is that investing can give you a clear picture about what you're going to get if you prepare for it while in gambling theres no assurance in whatever you do

Yes we can make money online if there is some legit investment site but its hard to find that kind of investment, most of it are scam. though i still prefer to invest my money rather than to gamble it.

The only safest investment so far for me along the riskiest form of investment is just by holding your bitcoin for the future. In that way, you will not worry so much as you are taking in charge of your money. The future will determine your fate, either you will lose all your money as it may become worthless or you will make a fortune for holding.

But that's not a gambling related investment actually a pretty awesome idea and adopted by many in recent years but here I guess we are comparing the investment made in gambling related sites or businesses and between actually gambling with our money. investing is not at all like gambling. they don't even have anything in common apart from the fact that you can use the "word" risk for both of them but the risks is not even the same. the risk of gambling is an unpredictable high risk and risk of investment is predictable and it can be very low if you find a good investment.

and in investments you can almost always pull your money out if you feel like you are losing money but in gambling you either lose all or win something.

yes that is a fact, most of the people are taking gambling as investment, but as you mention that investment and gambling are not the same thing as gambling is mostly depending of luck while in investment you have so edge of using your mind and experience.

Me too. So far, i have quite good results from investing and totally nothing but losses for gambling. The power of house edge is very significant and that is why with investment to have the house edge on your side, it is likely to profit from it.

True, but Well we can not trust any site just because it has been running since a long time for example we can consider dice ninja the site was running very smoothly and suddenly they went scam so actually the sites that take investment are more risky then the ones that are not taking investments like primedice.
