The Ethereum-based decentralized organization, The DAO, is very close to breaking the all-time crowdfunding record. The completely decentralized funding campaign isn’t using a service like Kickstarter to organize the effort, yet it’s already the second highest earning project ever, excluding political campaigns.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

This is going to be one of the biggest fails for investors in crypto space so far.
Sorry but I can not see any value in this.I mean almost nobody knows what this stuff is really good for.
Crazy gambling!Imo not worth the risk. Bad tongues already call this a decentralized ponzi scheme!

That's really stupid as people invest onto something that even nice scifi writer could write down and then ask for money to complete it.
I think that funding something not done yet is not the wisest idea.
The only online casino on which i won something. I made 17mBTC from 1mBTC in like 15 minutes.  This is not paid AD!
