A strategy to work with would be burning at least 2 mill of the premine. Otherwise staking, buying or even mining is waste of any resource, and i would highly doubt that dev would burn those coins. The maximum possible is that he sends the coins to an address and claims that he dropped the private keys of it like already happened and then miraculosly those coins are getting sold at exchange
