So the shareholder will get a chance to vote on the project in order to decide the project's future right?
the WINGS DAO community forecasts the potential success of a project, for now we are only considering key questions like:
1) is the project legit or is the proposal spam/scam
2) if legit, how much will this project bring in their crowdfunding (basically what is the value of the project)
3) if the project has milestones that unlock funds, what is the chance that each milestone will be achieved
this allows people who do not have time to spend our and hours reading about each new coin coming out to basically focus their time and money on the top as filter by the WINGS DAO community. In turn the WINGS DAO members get some % of the funds that a project raises the more accurately they forecast - note that #2 can be resolved using "blockchain fact" (the deposit contract/address), and #3 can be resolved by automated release of funds based on block time unless the project DAO does an exception vote which would fire off a process to find a new project team.
once a project is like the holders of a coin (the people who funded the project) would get to determine it's upgrade path for example what transaction fee algo to use, or other parts of the coin's economic model or other things. we however want to get enough funding to build in forecast markets so people are not actually "voting" they are deciding what option makes the coin holders more money.
