if you mean that zeit is decentralized in the mining because there are no asic, this is only because this coin zeit, is not valuable enough to build an asic it, to the contrary bitcoin is worth billion, so it is more centralized, bitcoin also take 10 mean for a reason, to avoid orphan block

Proof of Stake Coins are completely
ASICS RESISTANT.
As far as the rich getting richer,
PoW Miners make all of the money and the holders make Squat, (
or at best the variance of the market price.)
As far as Staking , it is Great and everyone that owns the coin can do it.
There has just been a lot of asshats spreading lies to hit it with Bad PR to hinder its growth.
