If I had 12 BTC, I would move 2-4 BTC and invested them in LTC or ETH. There was price boost of BTC and all alts were red. I would take the chance. A quick math. You could buy ETH at 0.045 BTC and if you invested 4 BTC that time, you could get 4/0.045=88.88 ETH and after fork drama ETH will be at 0.06-0.08 range. You could literally double your investment. In my opinion, sitting idle with BTC is safest but investing into good project is the coolest and smartest move.

My advice for you is to keep and save that 12 btc of yours. 12 btc is a huge amount of money so you better be careful when using or investing it. If youre planning to invest it, try to do some research first to the company you want to invest. Its better to be safe than sorry. Also, wait until the price of bitcoin become high so that if you trade or convert your btc, you will easily become a rich man.

Yes keeping and saving it is a good idea because bitcoin can grow it's price and value in a short period of time but if we didn't satisfied for it you should need to learn and study about trading on which is very risky but profitable for everyone.

I suggest to divide about 50% into some altcoins eg Waves, ETH and some other altcoins, because altcoin can rise up to thousands of percent in a year.

Everyone has his own way of looking up at the things but I think of holing of those bitcoins to be the best possible option at the very present moment. It is because of the reason that the market price of bitcoin is increasing significantly with each passing day and it will continue to do so in the coming days as well. I think that the best way for you to invest your btc is trading , i have found that it is the least risky profitable way to earn money fast and easy specially if you use the the 1 min trading that way you could always make profit , i personally went from having 0.1 btc to 1 btc in a day of trading

If you have the skill, if not then you're just like throwing your BTC away. Don't go full throttle to trading it's best to put those BTC on real world business and make some investments in real states. At the same time leaern how to trade. Don't just dive in without knowledge. I've learned that the hard way.

I would only suggest you should invest them long-term in sustainable agroforestry.

1. Invest it on ico where you can get profit after the ico ends
2. Invest it on Casino Bank Roll even you get low percentage atleast you have per month
3. Trading buy some altcoins that has potential to grow all altcoins has a potential to grow but depends on the volume.

4. Don't keep looking on online investment because it might crashed hard when something goes wrong, instead make some services in your area that you think people will demand.

divide it by 4 equal parts save the quarter one in bitcoin or it depends in your plan half or quarter is good then the remaining parts divide it again in 4 parts of purchase and pre purchase(still bitcoin) altcoins with solid fundamentals you will often find this in major coins, so why divide your altcoins in purchased and pre purchase? so you can take averaging allotted in the altcoins you pick.. if the price got low you can average it so when price got back you still profit or breakeven

According to the current rates of bitcoins 12 btc is really huge amount and if you don't have any knowledge about investments then you should simply save it in your wallet and hold it for next couple of years till the price goes higher and if you can afford to take certain level of risk then you can invest a part of it in different altcoins to grow your bitcoins faster and also to make regular profits.

Reading this gave me a heart attack, and so I looked to see if the person was joking, but nope they actually want to invest their BTC in other things. This makes me want to cry. In 5 years that 12 BTC is going to be worth millions. Well that's a huge a mount of btc but if you still want to hodl more coins then try to diversify it into other good altcoins because cryptocurrency is really our future, not just bitcoin but every crypto. If you really want to enjoy big money in the future then you should consider this.

Having 12 btc nowadays is like having a lot of money in your wallet because bitcoin's price is very high. Although sometimes it goes down, its current price is still high compare to its past price. My advice for you if you want to invest your bitcoin, do some good research about some bitcoin related companies. Know its background as well as it how their system works. In that way, you can gain profit and prevent being scammed.

The last days have shown that something odd is going on with BTC and BCH as there was a group manipulating the prices and I would start moving to the altcoin section where you can get or mine coins by yourself for cheap. Take some days of your time and read everything about those coins and then select ten of them with 1,2 BTC investment each. If only one altcoin will succeed then you will have your investment back and if another coin will succeed then you will have a huge profit.

12BTC is a millions equivalent in my country currency. Well, my advise to you, it is much better for you to keep and hold your 9 bitcoin in your wallet then the 3 BTC invest in the altcoins that are listed on the top 30 at the coinmarketcap.com or you can try to invest too in the potential ICO project.
