If you're willing to use escrow then how does trust matters?
You'll send btc to monbux & he'd only release the coins once you'd confirm that you have received money in your bank a/c.

Can SEPA transfers be reversed once you have received money in your a/c?

Before worrying about signing a message the first thing you need to clear up is Escrow, without it no one is going to send you any money first.

You wouldn't send your bitcoin first so how can you expect others to send you money first!
