its gotten A LOT slower for me as of late.
Are you guys still in business? Paid for a month of service a few days ago and my account is still saying inactive, and no ones responded to my email.
Can anyone confirm these guys are still operating? Website is still up and looking functional.
We are still up and running, and despite our recent influx of custom, our bandwidth graph remains with very little activity. Essentially, this means that the vpn is only really being used for web browsing on a non-regular basis, something that our server can easily cope with. I myself, and the rest of the team have checked personally, and find no speed issues at all. Considering the positive feedback we have got on irc and on the forums we, to put it frankly, have no idea what you are talking about.
So please stop complaining in both the forum and via private message. If you would like further replies from us, do not hesitate to contact us on irc. We will happily guide you through troubleshooting again, provided we are given teamviewer access to test this 'faulty' connection of yours.
Regarding your payment, there is no record of it on our end. Please provide the transaction code.
