I can bet this is a completely fake auction. no one will sell his 40+ default trust account just for 0.25 to 1btc. it is just bulshit thread posted by a brand new to ruin someone's trust level.. and after selling the account the trust will not be 40+ anymore..

Don't be lazy and go contact that certain escrow to confirm if the seller really did contact him/her. Scammers are becoming more and more smart as time passes by. Good thing that the buyer didn't fall into OP's trap.
