this is the first type of scam that I've seen that puts a fake business and address in different areas of the world.

it's been ran from the Western Hemisphere is being marketed as being located somewhere in the eastern hemisphere. It's just unfortunate that this project turned out to be a scam. It would have been wonderful to have those located in Europe an option that is local.

Well, I have been procrastinating this post because I was slightly embarrassed to admit I did place a order early on in this ruse.

Someone from the Gmail "primeasic@gmail.com" account acknowledged receipt of my order, and stated I would be receiving a shipping confirmation on Monday May 11 2013.  Of course, no email was received.  A few days later I sent a inquiry and of course I did not get a response.  Nothing has been heard since.   Of course I did consider this could be a scam prior to my order, but I took a gamble.  

I can confirm for all, it is a 100% complete scam.  Everyone who did the previous due diligence was correct; there are no ASIC's here.

Oh well, a fool and his precious btc were parted.  Thank you community for all your skepticism. Feel free to point and laugh at me now.

Prosperity is in general the result of the working of free markets. The one caveat to this observation is that market participants have to be responsible. It doesn't matter so much if they are intelligent or not, it doesn't really matter if they're good christians or devout muslims or anything else, but they do have to be responsible.

When some people behave irresponsibly the result is that they lose their money, which flows, albeit indirectly and circumvolutedly but nevertheless unerringly, to more responsible participants.

When a small majority* of participants behave irresponsibly however the net result is not just pain to their own fortunes, but pain spread across the board. All of a sudden you have to be very intelligent, and very experienced, and very well informed to manage to keep your money safe, and often enough even that's not going to suffice.

Please, stop giving BTC to scammers. It's bad for everyone.

Now, as there is at least one victim, the police should be engaged. They have means to find out who put the false advertisement and sent e-mails with the info where to send the BTC to.
