It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

You need a miner that will mine the correct DGB Algorithm for the DGB pool you are mining at. Normally you can find this info in your pools "Getting Started" page. Here are some examples:

   Algorithm
        -----
DGB   Groestl https://dgb-groestl.theblocksfactory.com/gettingstarted
DGB   Qubit    https://dgb-qubit.theblocksfactory.com/gettingstarted
DGB   Scrypt    YOU NEED A SCRYPT ASIC  MINING DEVICE
DGB   sha256d   YOU NEED A SHA256 ASIC  MINING DEVICE
DGB   Skein    https://dgb-skein.theblocksfactory.com/gettingstarted

Maybe your myriadcoin-groestl.cl is not initializing? Make sure the myriadcoin-groestl.cl file is in your sgminer\kernel directory.

My command line looks like this:

Quote
sgminer.exe -k myriadcoin-groestl -o stratum.dgb-groestl.theblocksfactory.com:9003 -u Chernobyl_Exports.ub2 -p x -I 17

How to type it ?

If you are on windows, you can type it in a file that will run the command when you run it.

To do so, open Notepad and type the command there. Then go to Save as... and in the dropdown select All files(*.*) and save it as "runminer.bat" (without the quotation marks, of course) at the folder where your miner is. You can write anything in place of runminer but make sure it ends in .bat .
After that, every time you run the .bat file, a command terminal will open and automatically execute the command. Smiley

You can mine with Sgminer but you can try Winminer it will select the best coin for you or
you can choose manually to RUN DGB
