I recently just got a 3D printer myself, and found a couple people willing to accept BTC for filament and supplies:

Open Source Powered Cool guys, recently bought a bunch of colors from them.

ProtoParadigm Good selection of stuff, I just got laser cut spools so I can limit the exposure of my stash.

I also spoke with the guy who runs Makers Tools Works in #reprap and he seemed pretty hip to accept BTC in the near future as well.  Send him an email requesting BTC payments, and they should get on board pretty soon.

I only have a wee little Printrbot Jr., and I'm still learning to ropes.  Managed to get it running rather stable though, a couple 8+ hour prints under my belt (in PLA).  I might be interested in printing some of the smaller (130mm x 110mm x 100mm) things out for you if you had too much of a backlog, or helping out with design/modeling/conversion of formats.

Good luck, BTW.  It's awesome to see what you guys are doing. XD

**EDIT**

I forgot to add that I, too, have dabbled with a "Bitcoin Coin" in the past...

OMG.  How did you get the QR on there?  I've been trying that for weeks.

On a side note, I use the Rep and Rep2, and I recently built a Printrbot JR (worst instructions ever).

very cool. i use shapeways frequently, and i'd be happy to have my models printed for BTC, or do some modeling work. is your printer limited to ABS plastic? for some of my projects i've found that to be too brittle, while shapeways "white strong a flexible" (i think it's a nylon polymer) was fine.

We use PLA and ABS.  Nylon is a possibility - I'm working on a high-temp extruder that should be able to print teflon.  At the moment we're only offering tried-and-true materials for service jobs as there's nothing worse than promising to do something which you can't do.  We can chat about your models and what material choices might be most suitable, particularly if you have documentation of what was breaking before from shapeways. PM me or email our info@3dp4btc.com address.

What i'm more interested in:  Does the QR code scan as printed?   We've dabbled in printed QR codes but there's some finesse involved in designing something which both prints AND scans without trouble.

We've gotten a pretty positive response from our initial offering of a NFC-enabled bitcoin chit.    I'm offering two more of them here for the moment:  https://www.bitmit.net/en/item/19711-3d-printed-nfc-enabled-bitcoin-simulacra

If those run out and you want one (or more), PM me.   I'll be including them with the next few orders (for printed objects OTHER than said coins), and hopefully our last customer will update this thread when his order is received this week.

Anyone else out there interested in a 3D printed case for their phone or raspberry pi?  There are a variety of designs out there for both right now (with some selectivity in the case of phones of course).

I printed a recess and filled it with paint, then sanded off the excess.  And yes, it does scan.  It was a one off kinda thing I made, to see the level of detail I could get with printing in Stainless Steel off of shapeways (The high-detail frosted came out a whole lot nicer.), and it was something I could use to show people what Bitcoin is.

As there's a lot of excitement about Litecoin lately, I thought it was worth noting that we accept LTC as well.

Got lots of LTC and want some cold storage for it?  Look no further:  https://www.bitmit.net/en/item/21037-3d-printed-nfc-enabled-litecoin-simulacra

Another update:

We can now embed NTAG206 tags in addition to Mifare 1k NFC stickers.  The NTAG has less addressable memory (136 Bytes as opposed to 716), but is compatible with a wider range of devices than the Mifare 1k.

I can now say that there are around a dozen of these simulacra in circulation.
