I think the current price rise will not stop people to gamble, on the contrary, this may be an opportunity for them to collect bitcoin is more of a gamble. even if the price goes down, I guess they will not stop, because gambling is a very fun game and make a person become addicted

Sudden price changes doesn't affect our gambling activity as long as your casino doesn't convert your bitcoin to fiat.
So, it would be great if we won lots of bitcoin when the price is rising Grin

Yup, since the currency used in online casino site is purely based on digital currency, there should not be a problem as the minimum bet and the maximum remains the same. Unless you are going to convert the btc back to cash then it will affect you.

With the spike in price in BTC recently, do you gamble more or less during this time? I'm assuming people probably buy less and deposit, but what about the amount that's already in your account?
Generally the price increase of bitcoins leads to more gambling, you wonder how? Basically gamblers have now more money as the price has increased and now can gamble more, it's a hobby does not matter on prices though in my personal opinion.

I do not have a gambling addiction, so it's easy for me to stop, when gambling becomes too expensive. The thing is, most jackpots and prize money also increase in value when the price rise. So the

gambler get the same value for his/her money, when they withdraw or win anything. In any way, you should gamble for the fun.... the same goes for other entertainment for example.. going to the

movies... if the tickets become to expensive, people will not go and ticket sales will drop.. the cinemas will notice it, and they will drop the price of the tickets and make you pay more for the popcorn.

I use btc as USD as I use btc-e so whenever I gamble, I basically purchase btc worth that much USD and gamble, so I think btc price rise or drop does not matter much to gamblers like me.

I think if any one is a regular gambler he won get affected with the price, i am only doing mostly sports betting so for me price dont matter much as i use to play regularly on sports and win or lose that is not a problem as i play in my daily limit.

Ya but i am waiting for price above $700 so the reserve which i have kept i will convert it to fiat currency as i think before halving their will be huge price fluctuations.

Yeah no matter what happen for the price of bitcoin theres no any changes and its depends to you how you manage your bitcoin while you are gamble..
And i think gamble with bitcoin is for rich people only because bitcoin is more valueable and it will rise more soon..

For me it doesn't make that much of a difference yet.  If we see a bigger increase in price, then it will definitely affect how much I bet with.  I think the price will come back down a little as a correction over the next few weeks, but I'm no expert.

Same as before i guess. The price of bitcoin is not a big deal for me when I'm gambling. I just bet and win and lose, no need for any consent on how the bitcoin price is high or low. It will be a very big deal if i'm cashing out my bitcoins into fiat money but for gambling, no.
Exactly while the time I would end gambling and try to get fiat for my btc the price would be almost same again, as the fluctuations are just temporary and you cant expect btc to go too low or too high in a short span if time.

I measure my poker bankroll according to my overall income....My poker bankroll is set at twenty percent of my overall monthly expected income and I never put more than ten percent of my poker bankroll in play at any one time.  Bankroll management is the most neglected attribute of those who suffer from problem gambling....It's a necessary requirement to be a successful player.

I agree, whether you win most of the time or let's say you have a good winning record in gambling but you have lack of discipline in managing your bankroll you are prone to losing your entire bankroll in just a span of time.

yeah i guess that is how things are going to be like in the future, less amount of bitcoin being gambled,

i will do it anyways because losing the same amount as before means losing more money so i will deposit less.

to the moon with bitcoin...

Price changes does not influence gambling at all, reason being the gamblers are addicted and rush for more money so if the price increase they bet accordingly higher and when it gets low they bet lower.

My bets are mostly in fiat amounts, which would be equivalent to btc. But since I have some btc in storage therefore my bankroll in dollars increased after the recent spike, hence my future bets sizes were/are larger . So overall it has been good for me.

But I would not like to gamble once my money has increased as I only gamble to earn more and when the price has already gone up there is no real reason for me to gamble. And let me tell you I am not addicted to gambling Cheesy for what ever bitcoin price to have been gambling all the time.

Yes Bitcoin price changes will not make any changes in our betting. Yes if we buy high price and betting means we think about this but we are playing with what we have now. So our old bitcoin price is low only right if we loss in betting nothing will happen same result what we got previous but if we win our bet it's double income what we got before.

When the price of Bitcoin increases I try to lower my stake amounts accordingly to my bankroll management and the current value so that I do not overspend by betting the same amounts I did prior to the increase. Also if the minimum bet of 1mbtc seems too high at times I usually convert some of my Bitcoins to alt coins and bet with them because of the lower denomination of those coins like Dogecoin for example.

Well these days price changing 10% is no big deal. But remember back in 2012-2013, it was crazy. It went up 100% one day, then the next day it went down 50%, and then back up again.

I keep gamble as usual, were never affected by the price. but usually at inflated prices, I am getting the gambling spirit to get more Grin
