And the Islamic banking system has some very specific rules about usury and profit sharing, it's actually very progressive, and in my opnion, a very fair and moral way to conduct business (I'm very pro capitalism  Grin) Our banking system could learn a few things.

Most bitcoin being used for transaction. As I can see that gambling transaction is the highest traffic.
I think it's haram if bitcoin is being use in that way no matter what method do you use !
Porn is biggest, drugs is second.  Gambling is also very high on the list.  This shit is definitely Haram.  Don't touch Bitcoin or Satin will own your soul forever.  Allah Akbar.

Please don't bring religion in this forum. It is a place for like minded money makers.

though i agree with the sentiment. you have to realise that people who are "like minded" are potentially a religion

I DO NOT TRADE OR ACT AS ESCROW ON THIS FORUM EVER.
Please do your own research & respect what is written here as both opinion & information gleaned from experience. many people replying with insults but no on-topic content substance, automatically are 'facepalmed' and yawned at

Halal or Haram   Huh
If Bitcoin BTC From the results Faucet, Mining, Nuyul, Giveaway, And Gambling placed in the same wallet  Huh
Please lightening and further explanation before astray Grin
Thanks before  Wink

Greetings HunterBTC

Imagine you are eating something and you put a little (filthiness or shit) and mix them. I consider the same like earning money in the honest way and putting gambling (haram money).
My suggestion is to remove these haram money from your wallet and giveaway to people that need money, and stop earning money that is haram.

Then dollars should be haram even more because all money that is created is created as debt, and as far as i know, usury is forbidden and haram so all dollars and fiat currency should be haram.

in that sense, bitcoin is more halal than any fiat currency, because at least it's created in a halal way.

There is nothing much to relate bitcoin with religious facts. Just as other currencies think this to be a currency. It has given you accessibility to earn more for your comfort living as that you get from a day job.

Bitcoin is not incompatible in Islam. Bitcoin can conform to principles of Islamic finance, particularly being free from the influence of riba’ (interest), incorporates the principles of mashala (social benefits of positive externalities), and mudharabah (mutual risk-sharing).
In terms of bitcoin’s legal status as ‘money’ in Islam, religious scholars did not declare it as impermissible, but mainly cautioned against its volatile nature. If volatility is out of the picture, one may make the informed opinion that bitcoin is halal as legal tender.
There are a lot of potential for Bitcoin applicability in Islamic banking and finance. With only one type of product currently available, the market is far from saturated to serve the world’s 1.6 billion Muslim population.

I think to see halal or haram we need to do is "ijtihad" committed by Muslims themselves. whether bitcoin has more advantages than disadvantages. if bitcoin has more advantages than disadvantages for the Muslims. then bitcoin can be called halal

first, bitcoin is a currency not a HYIP,Ponzi,or anything like that, and whether haram or halal is depend to the one who use it and how they can gather it,if you're asking whether bitcoin halal or haram,it's indeed halal because its function just like the main currency in your country

Bitcoin that did not go through a mixer is not Halal, but once you pushed it through these mixer services, it is totally cleaned and you can be sure that it is not Haram. ^joking^ My friend, do you wash your money before you use it daily? Bitcoin is simply a technology and has nothing to do with religion. ^smile^

I think it depends on how to get it (bitcoin), if got from scamming people, surely isn't halal.
because I believe there is no religion that teaches evil deeds.

My neighbour watches porn over his cable connection. I guess that makes the cable haram. Does this mean that no muslims should use the same internet connection?

If you consider that if they're used once to gamble they're haram, then all the bitcoins being used regularly are haram.

Greetings HunterBTC

It is the same thing if you put the money that you earned from your job + things that you sold + things that you stole in the same bank account!
So basically, money from your job is halal and the other part that you stole are haram... So simple... just consider bitcoin as a currency  Smiley

ok thanks for the reply.  Wink
so basically, essentially money earned from illicit work remains unclean, and money earned from lawful work that remains kosher even though mixed in one bank brand, is not it? Undecided

Oh, pls dont go this way. If your religion does not allow u to use BTC or if u have any doubt about it, DONT USE IT.

Crypto s a very forward looking tech and no need for any kind of religious dogmas to hold it back.

If you made something haram to get them then they are haram otherwise, they are halal. In other words, if you are getting them from faucets / Mining or giveaways then It's halal but from Gambling it's Haram.
Now you should know how much you deposited into the wallet and from where exactly . I'm pretty sure the bitcoin addresses of gambling websites are known so It shouldn't be a problem to know where you (gambling website) received them once that's done you should get rid of them. (give them away to someone (making sure they will not return to you in any way) or to a charity or something).

ok it's true.
maybe we should believe in trust, respectively.
correct ?
