Is it possible? I've requested tickets right before the winner and if you would allocate tickets in the order they were requested I was supposed to get ticket 36!!!

Every ticket has the same chance to win. Until the draw there is no way of knowing which ticket wins. After the draw, you can come up with all kinds of methods to change the order so that someone else would have won.
I made no promise on the order, it's entirely up to me. I use the order that makes it easier to detect duplicate entries, sometimes someone from the previous day gets in front of that, and sometimes some late entries get behind it.
