If the gift was funded through CC, yes, it's reversible. |

If the gift was funded through CC, yes, it's reversible. It would be funded through PayPal balance, but I guess there's no way to verify that? |

Well, looks like I'm reduced to using eBay unless a trusting soul will escrow. You would have to be willing to wait a very long time as the payment can be reversed months later. That's why many won't touch PP. |

That's why many won't touch PP. Yep. 180 day escrow to cross the point of no return. That's more of an options trade than an escrow. LOL |
