How to PLAY

There is 5 rounds, in each one you have 30 seconds to click on a box to luckily find the Satoshi.
The person to find the most Satoshis Wins the game.

Least you could do is give more information about the website or the App.Isn't it similar like Satoshi Mines but simply 4 boxes instead.How do you assure provable fairness by this ? You know the box user clicks can always be manipulated.The survival of such games on App Store is not long until google finds out you can earn money through it.

For advanced details (users)

The location of the Satoshi coin is stored in the server. Each box only has a tag (1,2,3,4), once it is clicked, it will send the tag off to the server to check if the coin is in that box.

On the server we use TYPE random_int ( TYPE min , TYPE max ) to select a box for each round. This function is a cryptographically secured random number generator which is unbiased. You can read more about it here.

So for each round, the crypto random generator selects 5 numbers from 0 - 4. each of them present which box the satoshi is in. These values are stored on the server for each game.

Now going back to the start, when the server receives a selected box tag, it checks whether the Satoshi is in that box.

Purpose of the game

The point of the game is to have users playing against each other. There can only be 1 winner, or a draw (if none finds the Satoshi for the whole round). Our plan is to scale this up, where players would be able to join tournaments with several hundred players, playing against each other, until a winner is found (has luckily beaten every player) and takes the jackpot. We think this could be a great game, but that's for you to decide.


Satoshi Mines

I haven't had a time to look at Satoshi Mines, I'm sure its a really good game.
But we provide the option to actually bet against players, not computers. You can join massive tournaments and test your luck with hundreds of players. The best part, is that this game would be open-sourced as an App for both Android and websites.

After I read what happened recently in Google Store, where  huge number of apps were infected with malicious code (some of them even reaching top 10 popularity charts)
I am reluctant to try any kind of mobile app.

So my question is: are you planning on creating normal (non mobile) version of your game?

IMHO, people will prefer to not to play gambling game through mobile app. It only risks there coins in mobile wallet.

How you sure that its risky to play or gamble their bitcoin in mobile?
If you are wondering about viruses and malware you can use licensed kaspersky which can remove or and quarantine suspiscious files in your smartphone and to protect your phone in key loggers and any thiefs activity..

More users are on mobile so we want to make sure that there's a ready solution for it. But yes we'll have a Web version ready to go probably at the same time.

For the project,  if it does get attention I might open-source everything,  so people can make and offer  their own duplicate services. That would be amazing.

It is a great game. I'm really happy this one brings back memories.

I think It's much more fun when you know you're playing against another person who has equal chances of beating you. Maybe other people will find this fun and interesting too.

Yeah! that's the whole concept there. You play another player. I'm getting a feeling that you might like it.

I like the concept of the new game and the implementation of P2P gaming in this game instead of just gambling against a traditional house.

However, my question is that will this project be a web based gambling game, or rather an Android based gambling game? Do we have to install the app to play?

Hi herman, the project will actually be both. Because some users might feel more comfortable using one method over the other, so the best option would be to have it available on the and phone.

You should give us a bit more info but I like that idea. I would rather lose to a player then the house anytime. Its a good idea it breaths fresh air and life into the gambling scene. Hopefully this becomes popular. Good luck.

I didn't want to bombard anyone with too much info, but if you do want more, tell me the sort of information so i can answer all of them at once

We feel the same way as well, it does suck to losing to house.

The game you made is interesting but for me its boring to play why don't you try to copy the concept in bitplay before they are running those games as bitcoin.. now they are updating it back in cash usd..
Jus like of their games before is flappy coin this is like a game of flappy bird but the difference is while you are flappy the bird the more you score you get the more you chance you will win in 4 contestant..

4 contestant will be match if who has high score in the contest he will get the all pot bet by the other enemy..

Concept is good but the only problem i am seeing is you need to have lots of players online so that whenver anyone comes to play he will get other competitor players. Game looks simple in screenshot and your explanation but i am not willing to download any app as my mobile have bitcoin wallet in it.

One problem is that your game is not provably fair. The owner could pretend both players lost and bank the money, so unless you build a provably fair implementation into it the owner will have to demonstrate their trustworthiness in order to attract players.

Also I would recommend you build it as a mobile friendly web app instead, as few people will be willing to install a game like this. An advantage of that is that people could still play from a computer or non-android phone. Also you are already building the server-side stuff in PHP, so why not the client too, it will avoid some complexity.
