I will suggest you to join xapo as it do not have any transaction fee, from xapo to xapo or to any other bitcoin wallet/address , and for any transaction where a fee is changed by bitcoin network, xapo pay that fee, references are below:

https://support.xapo.com/how-much-does-it-cost-to-send-bitcoin
and
https://blog.xapo.com/no-more-network-transaction-fees/

Xapo can be the answer to those who are looking for hot wallet with the feature of zero tx fees for sending many ad hoc transactions. Load Your Xapo with the fund required for sending out for 3 or 4 days as you do not have access to your privatekeys. Keep your funds minimum as possible.

Is this Xapo to Xapo wallet , or any address?

Not only for xapo to xapo but for all transactions to any wallet.

Yes thats great feature of XAPO. No Transaction fee at all.

Need some one who know to send bitcoin with 0 fee
Yes, i mean 0 fee not low fee like 1 satoshi

Will pay $5 to people who give me detail about it and it works
you can send me text tutorial or video tutorial

Sending 0 fee Bitcoins is easy, but not recommended.
https://blog.blockchain.com/2014/05/09/tutorial-how-to-send-bitcoins-using-our-web-wallet/

In the miner fee, just enter 0. Smiley

EDIT: Bitcoin address: 1JainHFBinv3cCELLJW7scdxucu3hU9mgk

@bitterbit how is this not working? Did the transaction went through? If not try again. I know there was an option in blockchain.info where you could set a miner fee, but that seems to be gone or it's hidden very well.
Pretty much zero fee transaction is dead.
zero fee is literally not dead, just need to go to the older blockchain wallet version and you'll find it out through custom transaction and set the fee to 0
the newest version protect against it because it have big possibilities to be rejected by the network
yes only the older blockchain wallet version you'll find out custom transaction.newest version don't have custom transaction.using older version you can set the fee to 0.am not sure it will be work I think have big possibilities to be rejected by the network.

May I ask why do you want to send zero fee transactions? Are you planning to do some sort of double spend exploit or something?
Because you have yo understand that paying small fee is integral part of every bitcoin's transaction and it has to be included.

Some online wallet services (Xapo for example) are offering you transaction without fees option but it is not standard feature of the Bitcoin and IMO should be avoided.

Usually by sending transaction without fee you will encounter later more problems... it is not worth to tinker with fee system.

In blockchain, you can't set transaction fee to 0 the minimum is 0.0001 but there are some wallet like coinbase pay every transaction cost you make..
