So after 11 days of mining in the pool I decided to try out the solo mining to get an idea of the difference. With my low grade quad core I was averaging 171 BIC per day in the mining pool. The first 12 hours of solo mining earned me 185 BIC on 4 blocks which is not too bad for the 2.4Ghz system!

Now I have been trying to figure out all of the different settings and there is one this rookie can not figure out.

How do you move the coin from the simple wallet to my main wallet on my computer? I have tried the transfer but keep getting a wrong amount error..

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

transfer <number from 0 to 10> <receiver's address> <number of coins>

Be sure that receiver's address has no spaces - that may occur if you copy it from somewhere.
remember not to use "Ctrl+C" in command line. Use right-click and "paste" command instead.

Number of coins should have eight decimal places.

<number from 0 to 10> is called "mixin_count" in wallet hap info, which is the number of transactions your is indistinguishable from. This is probably a degree of anonymity, which is described in whitepaper

Example:   "transfer 0 bickuaZ9ePtFSA6VmxktjR11aSmnrJZu4Sq7yHHCYUuKDyDoS9N9fznYdHEfqtQKDRPJrcmPmRGx5hn G5TKjsbAh59Q32BPQ93 100.00000000"

Thank you for that help! I finally got it to send me the coins to my main wallet Smiley The issue was I was trying to send the full balance not thinking about the fees!

Hey all, what the hell is going on with the wallet every time it opens I have changed address. I that someone left food. on the pool I see how much nominal, the purse did not come, because the address is another. examined.
if I closed the pool i lost all mined coins !!!
what can I do in that situation? that`s abnormal !!!
I was mined coins at a certain address, and then he changed when I opening the wallet, and my coins run out at the non-existent address and I still lose?
How do I fix a permanent substitution addresses for each new reopening of the wallet?

You really need to provide more information if you want help.

From what I have read it appears you might be solo mining using the simplewallet. Are you for one opening the wallet or generating a new wallet when you first start the simplewallet program?

If you are opening the old wallet you used last time using the password you setup when you first generated the address are you saving your data before you stop mining?

If not that could be a cause as to why you are losing data. If you are generating a new wallet each time you open the program then that is the cause.

25 million coins
0.001 transaction fee

I think transaction fee is big if we see total supply  (just is my opinion lol)

Well even at $10.00 per BIC this would be 0.01 transaction. I think this is good.

Only issue I see with this fee is that Faucetbox may not add the currency to their site so people can use the coins for running their own faucet. Do you have any plans on offering lower rates based on volume in order to make it a bit more enticing for Faucetbox and others like them to add the currency to their available list?

Sorry, The coin wasn't build for micro-payment. 0.001 fee prevent attach on the Network. And Faucetbox is probably not compatible with Cryptonote coins anyway.

Dash is X11 algo, it's different. Use same calls as Bitcoin to access daemon. Bikercoin use CURL calls to communicate with daemon.

Wow! Now I have never seen a wallet ever do that before. By any chance has the program saved multiple wallet files into that folder on your computer?

If so you will be able to open each file in the program to find your original wallet. I am a rookie when it comes to the computer wallets so I have no clue as to what is causing the app to open new wallets everytime you start it.

Create a DIR in C:\Program Files\Bikercoin GUI

copy all bikercoinwallet.exe and all required files and subdir to C:\Program Files\Bikercoin GUI

Start bikercoinwallet.exe - will normally open last wallet. If not open one, all wallets are created in dir below.

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\bikercoin

Close and restart wallet. check if same address.

If not reply with Windows version and also state if wallet is sync or start from 1

You are not giving me much to work with.

Is {username} in C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\bikercoin in non latin characters?

Try to /File/Create Wallet use latin characters only

If this doesn't work and {username} is non latin characters you will need to create new user UTF-8 latin characters.

Do you put the same password as the first time?
If not, it will create a new wallet with a new address every time.
