I do not believe in this outcome of events, as I still see bitcoin as the most promising currency, of all already created. Besides, he continues to develop, that does not give him the opportunity to surrender their position of market leader.

Now there are so many different coins with very interesting projects, it is quite possible that some of them in future will be able to overtake bitcoin. But it's unlikely.

This is likely to occur. For example, it may be Ethereum. This coin is gaining momentum very quickly, so why not overtake bitcoin?

Roger Ver thinks that this year the capitalization of the ethereum may become more than the capitalization of bitcoin. I think that this can happen.

I don't believe that any other cryptocurrency can replace bitcoin in the future because bitcoin has already gain the market base to rain as the king of all cryptocurrencies for life even all this new alternative cryptocurrencies with their advance technology can never beet the technology behind bitcoin and at the same time when it comes to the digital currency world bitcoin is the most secured and fast.

Of course not, I'm sure bitcoin will remain the main digital currency, which it is for almost ten years.

To replace bitcoin by another crypto is a very difficult thing to happen, because public trust to bitcoin is already very attached,

Bitcoin will be at the forefront of all times and no other coin can replace it. Because Bitcoin is the first and original coin and it has proven its trust and reputation in terms of cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin will still be Bitcoin and we will still use it as a mainstream currency in order to do payments and other services such as investing etc. I hope that bitcoin will stay strong on the top

Base on the Bitcoin performance and the volume of Bitcoin that was traded every day it will never be replaced or equaled by any coin in the market today. The reason may be because Bitcoin was invented for its purpose and not for profit.

Yes it could happen but i doubt very much it will happen the short to medium term, to actually make bitcoin obsolete would be a achievement.
I think not for now,as a widely known currency people keep talking about bitcoin and not etherium or any other currencies.Although eth, litecoin etc. has already have their own value in the market but then again their prices has backed up with bitcoins price. The father of all crypto can stand alone not depending on alts price that is why i can see that the achievement of bitcoin has been too far from the achievement of  the existing altcoins for now.Bitcoin has gained the trust from its user and holder and to be obsolete is not the basis because until now bitcoin is still the trend that everyone get hooked.

To replace bitcoin by another crypto is a very difficult thing to happen, because public trust to bitcoin is already very attached,

And we know it, bitcoin earn public trust due to its legitimacy and usage. It's the first digital currency ever launched and bitcoin became the cradle of alt coins since then so i don't think there is a an existing digital currency that can replace bitcoin.

Bitcoin will not be replaced. Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency and the basis for cryptocurrency. The development of cryptocurrency requires bitcoin support, so I do not think that the new cryptocurrency can replace Bitcoin.
I also have a feeling the bitcoin has made a place and this place will not be taken by any other crypto currency because bitcoin is the only currency which has shown the stability while going upwards as well as while coming downwards. The level of the fluctuations which bitcoin shared are very less if they are compared to the altcoins, so this is for sure that bitcoin will remain on the top. Healthy competitions always bring more relief for the public, but lets see if any of the altcoin is capable to get there.

Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
Right now or in a short bitcoin will never be replaced by some other crypto currency or the altcoins, because bitcoin is the one which has grown high as well the long surviving digital currency. According to the way it's been developed, its been predicted that it lasts around 2150 year. So in my view, after this new coin with same potential of bitcoin might come with a new name.

It totally depends which currency could be at the top at what time. If the security, users' trust level and updates as per the trends will be maintained then definitely no other currency would be able to replace it.

I don't think the bitcoin will be replaced by other encryption currency, although now the bitcoin of the market share is reduced, but the encryption on the amount of money market has increased a lot, it still occupies most share, it still is the king of all encryption currency, money is hard to surpass other encryption COINS

It is possible that another coin can replace Bitcoin as the number 1 crypto-currency. Ethereum can replace Bitcoin as number 1 because the features it has that Bitcoin does not have, like the Smart Contract. There are also a lot of projects/ICOs that uses the Ethereum blockchain.
So it is very possible that ETH will replace BTC as number one, widely use and highest price crypto.
Bitcoin can be obsolete, but that cannot happen in the near future.

There's a posibility but not that high of a chance that any other cryptocurrency can outrun Bitcoin because despite the fact that it is the first cryptocurrency it is the popular and the known when you say the word cryptocurrency. Also the value is high so you will get a higher profit when the value goes up as well that's why other cryptocurrencies can't never outrun Bitcoin. Also when Bitcoin falls down all cryptocurrencies will fall down too because Bitcoin is the standard for every cryptocurrency being created still and the ones that is already existing.

Bitcoin will get replaced by another cryptocurrency for sure! It will be a better and more scalable currency as Bitcoin's fees will get too high.
